Abstract


SELJUKS RUINS IN KAZAKH STEPPE

In this study, comparative information was given about the tombs built during the Seljuk period of the Kazak steppe. XI - XII located in the territory of Kazakhstan. century cupola dome tombs with burial in the soil, Turkey and Iran were evaluated in terms of architecture and art history. Especially the development and the stages of the tombs built by the same religious representatives during the historical process were explained. It is understood that these tombs have different geographical, climatic and inhabitant figures. Variations in size, width, height and construction materials show changes. In this sense, it was seen that the tombs were built in triangular, prismatic, rectangular, cube and cylindrical forms.
