Abstract


ASSESSMENT ON PERCEIVED JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVIATION

This study aims to make an evaluation on job satisfaction and organizational deviation. Job satisfaction express to an employee's satisfaction with work. Organizational deviations are considered to be intentional and destructive behaviors contrary to the norms of any organization. It is known that employees with high job satisfaction are less likely to have organizational deviation behaviors. As a result of the general literature review, it was found that there is a strong link between job satisfaction and organizational deviation. It has been tried to determine to what extent job satisfaction affects deviation behavior and difficulties in determining job satisfaction. As a result, the ability to create a healthy organizational climate and sense of belonging in order for job satisfaction to be accurately determined has resulted in the ability to provide competitive advantage to businesses. In this view, the increase in job satisfaction level is thought to have a soothing effect on organizational deviation behaviors.
