The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions of teachers about teachers' school manager’s distributed leadership behaviors and to determine whether these perceptions differ according to gender, education status, seniority, in school working time and working time with current manager. Survey model was used in the research. The universe of the research consists of 721 branch teachers working in 33 high schools in the city center of Siirt in the 2019-2020 academic year. The sample consists of 210 branch teachers working in 12 schools selected with simple random sampling management. In the research, “Distributed Leadership Behaviors Scale of School Principals”' was used as data collection tool. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one way variance analysis and LSD test were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, it was determined that the perceptions of teachers related to distributed leadership behaviors of school administrators are “at a good level”. According to the variables of gender, seniority, working time at school and working time with current manager, there was a significant difference between the school principals' perceptions of the distributed leader teacher. Some suggestions were made according to the research result.
