Abstract


INVESTIGATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CREATIVITY CONCEPTS

In general, the conflict, which is perceived negatively as a result of associations such as disagreement, incompatibility, distress, anxiety, stress, enmity, emerges as a result of two or more different ideas of similar issues. Conflicts can result in negativity, as opposed to positive contributions. It needs to be managed properly so that conflicts do not cause great destruction. Positive outputs such as productivity and creativity can be obtained. Supporting employees, finding optimal solutions to conflicts, and strengthening creativity levels are seen as necessary in today's conditions where competition is becoming increasingly challenging. The organizational creativity that we can express as the creation of new ideas, new goods and services within complex organizational structures is an important competitive element for today's organizations. Organizational creativity, however, requires an intrinsic motivation, just like individual creativity. Organizational conflict can be an element that activates organizational creativity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine these two concepts.
