The purpose of this study is to examine the or whether organizational cynicism level of employees employed in the banking sector and to determine whether organizational cynicism differs in terms of demographic factors such as gender, marital status, education level, age, working time and monthly. The population of the research is of bank employes in Mersin province in 2020. Data were collected by the easy sampling method until the sample size was large enough to represent the research population. The Organizational Cynicism, which is developed by Brandes, Dharwadker ve Dean (1999), and adapted into Turkish by Kalağan (2009) was used in the study. Data were examined through SPSS 23 package program by using descriptive statistics (frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation), t test in independent groups, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) analyze. Three dimensions of demographic variables with the help of bank employees as a result of the work done at the level of cynicism size was determined to be moderate. Organizational cynicism and its sub-dimensions significant differences across marital status, gender, age, monthly income and working time which have been identified. On the other hand, it has been found that organizational cynicism does not differ by educational status.
