Abstract


OPINIONS OF MANAGERS AND TEACHERS WORKING IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM

Prevents the realization of communication problems between school administrators and teachers the school's purpose and adversely affect the functioning of the institution, many of the problem leads to the birth. It is thought that the investigation of this situation and the presentation of recommendations in the light of the results obtained will contribute to this area. The aim of the research is to determine the opinions of managers and teachers working in vocational high schools about communication problems between them. dec. The research is based on a screening model and is a quantitative research. Diyarbakır province has 344 managers and teachers in vocational high schools located in Kayapınar, Yenişehir, Bağlar, Sur, Ergani, Çermik, Dicle districts by easy sampling. In accordance with the answers given to the questionnaire statements, it was tried to test whether there were significant differences between school administrators and teachers according to gender, educational status, position, branch, age, year of service at school and decency variable. According to the results obtained, school administrators and teachers can replace themselves during communication and create a healthier communication environment if they try to understand.
