Abstract
Bu araştırmada ilköğretim öğrencilerinin nitelikli bir eğitim için ders işleyiş anlamında öğretmenlerinden beklentileri ikili karşılaştırma ile ölçekleme çalışması yapılarak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya 200 ilköğretim öğrencisi katılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre ilkokul ve ortaokul öğrencilerinin bir öğretmende ders işlerken en çok bulunmasını istedikleri özellik “derste sadece konu anlatmaması, eğlenceli aktiviteler yapması” olarak belirlenmiştir. En son istenilen özellikler ise “dersi içtenlikle anlatması” ve “derste işlenecek konuya hazırlık yaparak gelmesi” dir.

Abstract
In this study, it was studied that in terms of well-qualified in a training course for primary school students expectations, shoul be by scaling study with pairwise comparison to determined. This research performed on 200 students who studied at primary school. According to the results of study, when teaching activities , it was determined that the most desired characterisctic was not only tell subject but also do funny activities. Primary school students wants Turkish and math teachers not only tell subject but also do funny activities. The least desired characteristic was determined “teaching sincerely” and prepared for the lessons”.
