KIRGIZİSTAN’DAKİ KARAÇAY TÜRKLERİNİN EĞİTİM, SPOR, SAĞLIK VE İŞ HAYATINDA YÜRÜTTÜKLERİ SOSYAL FAALİYETLERİ

Abstract
Kuzey Kafkasya’dan Karaçay Türklerinin sürülmesi dünya tarihinin trajik olaylarından biridir. 1943 yılında Orta Asya’ya makalenin asıl konusunu oluşturan Kırgızistan topraklarına sürgün edilen Karaçay Türkleri Kırgızistan’ın farklı yerlerine sürülmüşlerdir. Kırgızistan çeşitli bölgelerine sürülen Karaçay Türkleri NKVD’nin sıkı kontrolü altında yaşamaya başlamışlardır. Ancak bu zor şartlar altında Kırgız halkı tarafından Karaçay Türklerine yapılan birçok yardım ve desteğin esirgenmediği de söz konusudur. Kırgızistan halkı zaruret ve açlık içinde olmasına rağmen Karaçaylılara ve diğer sürgün edilen halklara yardım eli uzatmış, onlara gıda, eşya yardımında bulunmuştur. Kırgız halkının Kırgızistan’a sürgün edilen Karaçay Türklerine misafirperverlik ve yardımseverlikle davranması Karaçaylıların ülkeye çabuk uyum sağlamalarına neden olmuştur. Karaçay ile Kırgız halkı ister din açısından ister dil açısından olsun birbirlerine yakın olduklarından anlaşmakta güçlük çekmemişlerdir. Karaçaylılar yerli halkın destek ve yardımıyla hayatta kalmış, çocuklarının geleceğini kurtarmak ve daha güzel bir hayat ümidiyle çalışmış, ülkeye daha çabuk katkıda bulunmayı başarabilmişlerdir. Sürgün edilenler karşılaştıkları zor koşullarına rağmen, Kırgızistan’a entegrasyon sağlamanın yanı sıra eğitim, spor, sağlık ve iş hayatı gibi alanlarda yürüttükleri faaliyetleriyle ülke ekonomisinin gelişimine de önemli katkılar sağlamışlardır. Karaçaylıların yürüttükleri bu tür sosyal faaliyetleri bireylerinin gelişim sürecini etkilemekle birlikte, toplum yaşamına adapte olmalarını sağlamıştır. Makalede Kırgızistan’daki Karaçaylıların eğitim, sağlık, spor, iş hayatı gibi alanlarda yürüttükleri sosyal faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Karaçaylıların yürüttükleri bu faaliyetlerle ülke ekonomisinin, kültürünün gelişimine ne gibi katkıların olduğu incelenmiştir.

Abstract
The deportation of Karachay Turks from the North Caucasus is one of the tragic events in world history. The Karachay Turks who were deported from North Caucasus to different parts of Kyrgyzstan in 1943 are the main subject of the article. Karachays, who were exiled to various regions of Kyrgyzstan, started to live under the strict control of NKVD. However, under these difficult conditions, it is also stated that many aids and support provided by the Kyrgyz people to the Karachay Turks were not denied. The people of Kyrgyzstan, despite the necessity and hunger, have extended a helping hand to the people of Karachay and other exiled peoples, helping them with food and goods. The fact that the Kyrgyz people treated the Karachay Turks who were exiled to Kyrgyzstan with hospitality and benevolence caused the Karachay people to adapt quickly to the country. Karachay and the Kyrgyz people had no difficulty in understanding, as they were close to each other, whether in terms of religion or language. Karachay people survived with the support and help of the indigenous people, worked to save their children's future and hope for a better life and they were able to contribute to the country more quickly. Despite the difficult conditions they faced, the deported people made a significant contribution to the development of the country's economy through their activities in areas such as education, sports, health and work-life, as well as ensuring integration into Kyrgyzstan. Such social activities carried out by Karachay people affected the development process of their individuals and has enabled them to adapt to social life. The article covers the social activities of Karachay people in Kyrgyzstan in areas such as education, health, sports, and business life. Through these activities carried out by the Karachay people, it was examined what contribution they made to the development of the country's economy and culture.
