Abstract
Okul yöneticileri ile öğretmenler arasındaki iletişim sorunları okulun amaçlarının gerçekleştirilmesini engellemekte ve kurumun işleyişi olumsuz yönde etkileyip, birçok sorunun doğmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu durumun araştırılması ve elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında önerilerin sunulması bu alana katkı sunacağı düşünülmektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, meslek liselerinde görev yapmakta olan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin aralarındaki iletişim sorunlarına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma tarama modelinde olup nicel bir araştırmadır. Diyarbakır ili Kayapınar, Yenişehir, Bağlar, Sur, Ergani, Çermik, Dicle ilçelerinde bulunan meslek liselerinde kolay örnekleme yoluyla 344 yönetici ve öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Anket ifadelerine verilen cevaplar doğrultusunda okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenler arasında cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu görev, branş, yaş, okuldaki hizmet yılı ve kıdem değişkenine göre anlamlı farklar olup olmadığı test edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenler, iletişim sırasında kendilerini birbirlerinin yerine koyarak, anlamaya çalışırlarsa daha sağlıklı bir iletişim ortamı doğurabilirler

It is thought that the investigation of this situation and the presentation of recommendations in the light of the results obtained will contribute to this area. The aim of the research is to determine the opinions of managers and teachers working in vocational high schools about communication problems between them. dec. The research is based on a screening model and is a quantitative research. Diyarbakır province has 344 managers and teachers in vocational high schools located in Kayapınar, Yenişehir, Bağlar, Sur, Ergani, Çermik, Dicle districts by easy sampling. In accordance with the answers given to the questionnaire statements, it was tried to test whether there were significant differences between school administrators and teachers according to gender, educational status, position, branch, age, year of service at school and decency variable. According to the results obtained, school administrators and teachers can replace themselves during communication and create a healthier communication environment if they try to understand.
