      <description>&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;Inkjet technologies have been used for simple office work, and they have been adding new innovations every day to reach a wide usage area. In parallel with the developments in digital printing technologies, the development in ink technologies has also had a major impact on the expansion of the field of use. The printing process, which was laborious, costly and limited in print quality before the inkjet system, has made great progress. Prior printing can be done on different thicknesses and hard products while printing with one dimensional flexible materials. As a result, paper, plastic, metal, wood, glass, ceramics, fabric, etc. for different sectors. A wide variety of materials can be printed on the fan. The working system of inkjet printing technology has been defined and categorized to create data for a variety of uses, lessons and different purposes. The classification is based on the product, material, ink and printing properties of the inkjet technology sectors. It is also aimed to draw attention to these printing systems by revealing the common usage area of inkjet digital printing systems. However, it is not easy and rational to make a classification with sharp lines nowadays where multidisciplinary production structures exist.</description>

      <description>&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;In the roots of working life woman come across social pressures of gender perspective, attitude and judgement. This behaviour and judgement has been a barrier for a lot of woman. Woman in businesses also struggle about high position jobs as there is a so called qualified “glass ceiling”. The expectation between employee and employers, their forming non-written responsibilities, depending on trust abstract and emotional bond involving contracts forms a psychological contract in these business. Employees to the business and the business to the employees have necessary requirements, the employees are aware of these psychological contracts elements but when these are breached then, employee’s behavior and attitude still change. The aim of this work was to find physiological contract breaches effect on glass ceiling syndrome. Firstly links to the concepts literature has been examined and theoretic infrastructure has been formed. As a data collecting director survey has been chosen and analysed. In this work as a sample in Kahramanmaras special security firm’s selected 287 security worker contestants which responded to a survey and results were sent to SPSS and analysed using this programme. In the study, results were obtained by using analysis such as frequency, t-test, correlation, ANOVA and regression. Psychological contract breaches, sub-dimensions of glass ceiling syndrome concepts and demographic characteristics of participants were included in this study. As a result of the analyzes made, it is concluded that psychological contract breach has an effect on glass ceiling syndrome and glass ceiling syndrome also has effect on psychological contract breach.</description>

      <description>&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;Mukhtar Magauin is a Kazakh writer and publicist. He was born in the district of Chubar-Tau in Semey region (now East Kazakhstan Province) of Kazakhstan on 2 February 1940. He graduated at the Kazakh state university (1962) and the doctorate (1965) there. He was head of the literary criticism department at the “Kazakh literature” newspaper in Almaty. He publishes several scholarly articles and books and novels. When he was mentioned by the Soviet study experts in the West in the book edited by Edward Allworth as one of the nationalist Kazakh writers (1973), the local Communist rulers put his name to the “black list”. Most of his renowned uncensored novels were published only after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He published the novels “The Yellow Kazakh” (1991), “ABC of the Kazakh History” (1993), “Dreams of Kypchaks” (2004), “The Half” (2007), Shakan-sheri” (1993) etc. In 1997, he became the winner of the International Prize for the Turkic speaking writers and culture workers and he received the prize from Suleiman Demirel, the Turkish President at that time. He is also a holder of the title of the People’s Writer of Kazakhstan. Magauin translated several short stories and novels of the prominent foreign writers (William Somerset Maugham, Henry Rider Haggard, etc.) into Kazakh. Nowadays he lives in Prague, the Czech Republic. Mukhtar Magauin - one of the most talented writers, whose work has attracted special attention from literary critics. Creativity Mukhtar Magauin characterized by a rich palette of genre and style, is the subject of a detailed analysis of literary theorists. M.Magauin&amp;#39;s creativity of the Soviet time more or is less investigated. M.Magauin’s novel “Shakan-Sheri” the most interesting products and from the point of view of subject movement, and from the point of view of construction of products, style have appeared since 1990. In this connection in the given work the new novel of the writer is considered, and products of the Soviet time are anew reinterpreted. In connection with that during independence Republic of Kazakhstan there was a necessity rereading and reconsiderations of the literature of the Soviet period, and also research of a modern condition of the literature from new positions.</description>
