The relationship between economic development and democracy continues to be the subject of some discussions and researches, especially from the second half of the 20th century, and it remains important even today. Democracy components such as institutional structure, political rights, civil and economic freedoms have an important role in the development and acceleration of economic development. Along with these components, economic development has an important effect on the social structure gaining a democratic character, strengthening and developing democracy.. Developed countries generally have high political rights, civil and economic freedoms and institutional quality levels; however, it stands out as countries with democratic governments and very high levels of human development. On the other hand, developing countries are considered to be countries with a moderate institutional quality in terms of political, civil and economic freedoms, partly free and middle-level countries, with the management of defective democracy or mixed regimes, but generally high human development. In this study, the dimensions of the relationship between democracy and development have been comprehensively examined with a holistic approach. And consequently, economic development and democracy are thought to affect each other positively and are indispensable for each other.

In recent years, research findings in the field of organizational behaviour have begun to reveal a relationship between leadership and emotional intelligence. While the concepts of leaders and leadership ha been debated for years, the concept of emotional intelligence is relativedly new. In today's competitive business world, the fact that the importance of being human-oriented with the increase of the precepts of the human capital has increased significantly compared to the old has made the existence of effective leaders even more important. The extent to which leaders are influential on employees is based on the perception of the effectiveness of the leaders of the employees. Studies conducted in the literature show that the emotional intelligence of leaders who are highly effective in leadership is quite high. There are many studies that reveal the validity of this finding. It is now becoming clear that leaders who are self-aware, self-adjusting, motivated, able to communicate effectively and develop behaviour toward social skills are more effective on employees and in reaching organizational goals and targets by influencing employees. Emotional intelligence was tried to be emphasized for effective leadership in study which deals with leadership, emotional intelligence and the relationship between these two concepts. In addition, some suggestions were presented as highlighting the importance of leaders with high levels of emotional intelligence.

AN ANALYSIS ON THE PLACE OF THE TERM, REALITY, IN LITERATURE

Literature puts forth external world, the factors about humanity and human by means of fiction. Generally art, privately literature hadles the outer world as a material of realization itself period. Expressed things in literary works has been seated on a brand-new reality plane even they have been lived in reality passed from editing mile in last assay. That is, art worker does not reflect external world the same, beats perception that he gets from subjective world in consciousness muller, kneads them with connotation of subconscious and transfers rearranging them. This situation does not mean the breaking of the artist from real world, it is not in question that the fictioner, taking his subject from subjective reality, gets out the reality completely. Art is the event of telling reality filtering from comment period in a way. Artist reflects the subjective reality in the frame of literature norms while creating his works moving from his reality. That is, artist carries subjective reality to a new reality plane. So the term called literary reality comes up. We can easily say that literary reality is an aesthetic reality considering the inseparaply integrity of literatüre with art. We see that the exit points they withstand are subjective world even reality extent of each type is different when we examine the literature reality in poetry, prose and theatre. In a way literature is recreating the reality after changing, converting, commenting it. Each literary trend has different views about reality. While some try to clutch the reality by their observation; some look for it beyond subjective world. In our study in which document analyzing method was used, it is aimed that the reality concept is perceived on a concrete ground and the reflection of reality in lterature field is determined.

The Quran, The Word of God, has been the main cause that forms the lives of the believers since it has been revealed. As soon as İslamic conquests reached to the societies beyond the Arabic ones, The Holy Message was needed to be understood in different languages. As a result of this need, the Quran verses were translated into the other languages. Kurds who had been involved into the Islamic conquests since early stages had become muslims and a very important part of Islamic ummah. Like other peoples did, Kurds made pure translations of the Quran verses and wrote interpretations of the Quran in order to comprehend it. These studies had been started at the beginning of the twentieth century in Northern Iraq and had continued through other geographies inhabited by Kurds. In Turkey, the studies of Kurdish translations and interpretations of Quran is very new according to the ones in Northern Iraq and Iran. The first study of Kurdish translation of Quran had been revealed in 1994. In our counrty fourteen Kurdish Quran translations has been done until now. Unfortunately two of them couldn’t be printed, but the other studies left have been revealed. Studies hold in Turkey have been prepared by the Kurmançi dialect of Kurdish. In our country, upon these translation studies, one master degree thesis and a few of essays have been revealed by this time. Even though mostly printed in Latin alphabet, some of them written in arabic alphabet. But there are researches which use the both alphabets

Neo-Conservatism And Conformist Intellectualls

My aim in this study is to design a thought process on the intellectual role of Neo-Conservatism. Since modernity, human thought has always created dissatisfied environments. This idea was the response to the legendary era and superficial elitism against the elite posture that was accepted as it existed in the past. Therefore, the argument that there is no reason for intellectuals to lose hope has been kept alive at the academy and aimed to protect the movement towards the marginalization of the Enlightenment and rituals. This movement is based on the idea that the United States is the guardian and led by several groups, such as the New Conservatism and the American Enterprise Institute and the Heritage Foundation. Being in the absoluteness of the Enlightenment refers to the complacent group. Similarly, it is a reference to New Conservatism to argue that cultural life has destroyed the tradition of universality. Thus, the fragmented thought of the Second World War, which provides harmony in left and right ideology by longing for the mentality of the Age of Mind, formulates itself in the form of a reaction to the class of classical intellectuals and with the slogan that everyone is good. At the level of consciousness, the aim of the right ideology to gain expansionism and power creates harmony in the left ideology. Rejecting the mourning of the Golden Age, this understanding carried the defense of the status quo to an almost unprecedented level in the mental history of modernity. Whereas the nineteenth-century intellectuals class criticized the political subject/governments for the mental discomfort thought to invade society with the idealism of transforming the universe as a critique of cultural life. Moreover, dissent was a virtue. Today's conformist views have led to the development of a conformist intellectual in politics or the political network of relations that have developed since the beginning of the twentieth century. The most creative form of the eighteenth century is dissent, and the transformation from the French revolution to the Cold War and McCarthyism of the twentieth century was a major break. Therefore, it is necessary to think of conformist intellectuals as a non-American suspicious object or an invisible ideology. This article discusses the amorphous character that emerges with the way conformists think longitudinally with neoconservatism.
