The scientific research about robotics, space, global warming, health threatening diseases and similar topics are among the most read texts today. After the 1980s, the necessity to transform the publications made for the scientific community into scientifically accurate texts the public can understand within the scope of of public broadcasting has started to emerge. Science journalism can meet this need. It should be evaluated within the scope of science communication, and in this context, is a subcategory of expert journalism. It provides two-way communication between scientists and the public. In our study, Science and Technology Journal and Science and Technology for Everyone Journal, both of which can be considered as one of Turkey’s oldest and most important examples of science journalism examined in terms of the critical text analysis methods and content publishing history. In this context, the research method is qualitative research method. In this context, the research method is qualitative research method. Findings; in an environment where everything is so abundant, it differentiates itself by branding and managing brand processes well. Brands are also multi-layered and advertising is at the end of these layers. It is also very important that the motive idea is correctly displayed and spread organically. Creating ideas, on the other hand, is based on creating alternatives and rational data with the thought process that comes with the brief, which describes the focus well. As a result; the brand must know its problems well. It should give a brief to the agency that answers questions such as what, why, why, describes the target audience well, gives information about the market and its strategy, shows the advantages and disadvantages of the brand, and brings results in a short way by supporting it with data. This is the brand's mission. A good brief is the one that reads the mind of the consumer in the most accurate way and finds and reveals its most sensitive point. The agency's task is to determine the communication strategy and carry out the advertising activity.

Participation is a very topical issue. But not everyone understands the same thing. Some already consider voting in the Eurovision Song Contest to be an act of codetermination. Others think of the term as referring to referendums in which all eligible voters can participate. Even in social professions, there is by no means unanimity about what participation exactly means. Therefore, in this chapter we want to clarify what participation means and how different it can be and how it can be graded. In order to create clarity for the technical discussion in social professions and to make it easier for students and specialists to find their way around, we have developed the model of the participation pyramid. It depicts the broad spectrum of participation in the social area and fits all fields of action. We first explain the structure of the model using various activities around the topic of playgrounds. Then, using a typical situation from child and youth welfare, we will show how the participation pyramid can be used in practice - in order to analyze previous work and to promote participation with new approaches.

The origins of the sport are tied to the beginning of humanity. The first sports in history, be it with or without a vehicle, are for defending and attacking. The presence of various equestrian games for acquiring the skills required for war and hunting practices is known and the most important of these is the equestrian javelin game, which has been promoted to an important competitive sports position in addition to being the most popular combat training tool among equestrian troops and the formative element of the festivals and ceremonies. The tool of this sport is a wand or pole, that is, a wooden material. Although historically a melee weapon, the light and short spears of the Turks were used as long-distance weapons. It is one of the rare war games still played today. This sport, which is a part of Turkish culture, is a sport played with horses. It was played both within the palace and in public in the Seljuk and Ottoman periods, until it was banned. The spear attacks and withdrawals during the tactics used by Turks in wars strengthen the possibility of the birth of this sport. It is an important weapon of Bozkurt tactics, which is applied in almost all field battles and has a very high percentage of success. Our study will focus on the possibility that this tactic, which was also known to have been practiced in the Battle of Carrhea in 53 BC, might have formed the basis for this game. In addition, an attempt to provide examples from other wars in Turkish War history will be made. The study will be carried out by scanning main sources and contemporary sources.

NELSON MANDELA: LONG WALK TO FREEDOM

This paper aims to study Nelson Mandela as a silenced/speaking colonial subject who despite his imprisonment speaks out against imperialism and apartheid, which leads to a shattering of the S/subject relationship within the oppressed society of South Africa. South Africa has travelled a long way to freedom, suffering a lot through colonialism and segregation. It is due to the hegemony of racism that the native becomes subject to poverty and illiteracy and consequently experiences ‘subalternity’ and ‘marginalization’ in their own land. The discourse is applied to the indigenous by preventing them from recognizing and retaining their collective identity. For example, by giving natives a new colonial subjectivity through religion, schooling, and the economy, the West asserts its position as the ‘Subject’ thereby assigning the non-Western the role of the ‘subject,’ or in other words, the ‘mute’ native. To smash such S/subject relationships or to attain a ‘voice’ the ‘silenced’ need to challenge the hegemony of the oppressor by reclaiming his/her collective identity. This reclamation is not possible through the knowledge discourse provided by the oppressor since it is never innocent, but rather can be achieved through his/her own indigenous understanding of the local as well as the subjectivity and the culture which have been stolen. It is by this transformation that the oppressed indigenous will be ‘heard’ since by this shift, he/she gets emancipated from the ‘subalternity’ imposed by apartheid.

<p style="text-align:justify">Human resources management has an important role in the management of the company. It is the responsibility of human resources management to train the employee, to ensure the development of the employee, and even to discover the talent within the employee. In the classical management approach employee is seen as a tool that only does the job, the importance of human resources has been understood over time, and emphasizes is put on employee motivation. Companies that can manage their human resources effectively have started to focus on talent management under the human resources unit. Especially technology giant companies abroad consider personal characteristics such as the desire to learn, being collaborative, managerial skills, problem solving, having emotional balance, and being interested in research, rather than a degree, whether or not candidates are university graduates. Although the exams, tests and interviews applied in recruitment seem to be costly for companies at first, the wrong candidate selection will be more costly to companies in terms of money, time and energy. The job postings posted on www.kariyer.net, which has an important place among job search websites, between 16.06.2020-17.07.2020 were examined within the scope of this study. The study was limited to 629 job postings on the European and Anatolian sides of Istanbul, and the criteria of "being experienced" and "having a license degree" were taken into account. It was observed that both 2 criteria always exist in all of 629 job postings. It was emphasized that the talented candidates who are not university graduates, talented young people who have just graduated from the university, and talented candidates with little experience should not be ignored by the companies.

The relationship between the Republic of Turkey and the European Union started in line with the goal of full membership in the middle of 20th century and still continues to be in line with the same target. However, in this process, certain periods came to the fore in order to break the relationship or accelerate the relationship. In particular, the summit decisions had positive or negative effects on the relationship. 1999 Helsinki Summit, which was carried out on the eve of the millennium, was among the summit that positively affected the relation of EU-Republic of Turkey. After this summit, on which Republic of Turkey was proclaimed as a candidate country, the Turkish side had the opportunity to perform transformation and change in many areas. Although the Turkish judicial system has made the necessary changes since the beginning of the EU membership process, especially after the Helsinki Summit in 1999, very deep and radical reforms have been carried out in the Turkish judicial system. These reforms, which have been implemented decisively, have not only made changes in the Turkish judiciary, but also shaped the relations with the European Union. With this article, in the first fifteen years of the millennium, legislation and structural reforms in the Turkish Judiciary system have been handled within the framework of the European Union relationship.
