Sovereignty is one of the most vital foundations for the states in general. A state should protect it for all costs no matter the danger and risk. But to protect its sovereignty and independence, a state should make allies and conduct diplomatic, consular and friendly connections with other states. For this purpose, a state must create an environment and connection that is reliable without affecting their sovereignty or independence. The question is, what happens if these connection for diplomacy starts to affect their very own foundations as a state for the sake of safety and survival. The fraction of this kind of risk against the independence can lead to disasters but according to the international and EU laws, we can expect nothing but diplomatically optimistic ideas in general for a better future. But states should always be ready for any kind of gaps and dangers against their sovereignties, between the agreements and laws that are presented over them. For this purpose, we shall observe and deep dive over these ideas for to seek if there are any dangers over the sovereignty of states with a case of EU’s Consular Laws.

Throughout the history, human beings have tried to understand and to interpreted the consept of death.
Festivals have very rich folkloric motifs. Festivals have traces of a nation’s common history and philosophy of life. While the festivals essentially retained their religious qualities and rituals, they largely lost their value and turned into entertainment and festivity. Festivals blend new and old values with a participatory link between the past and the future. Festivals continue to find a place in social life with their old and new forms. While the festivals essentially retained their religious qualities and rituals, they largely lost their value and turned into entertainment and festivity. Festivals blend new and old values with a participatory link between the past and the future. Festivals continue to find a place in social life with their old and new forms. Performing the festivals by continuing at a specific place and date ensures the traditionalization of the festivals and causes the events to be celebrated periodically. This regularity keeps the interest and familiarity of the events alive by ensuring that the foundations and content of the festivals are adopted by everyone. Festivals are extensively organized by an organizing committee. It takes a lot of work and work sharing to perform the festival events in order, organize the festival area and ensure the safety of the festival participants. All these efforts are for the festival participants to have fun. A striking point in the events is that even in a festival that is celebrated for the first time, folk dances, village games, folkloric clothes, handicrafts stand out. Festivals have a structure that quickly carries folkloric elements to this day. The elements that are tried to be kept alive at festivals are mostly not seen in daily life. Folkloric elements find the ground to become prominent in the events in which the people participate enthusiastically. Festivals in general can be listed as Festivals Under Place and Event Name, Festivals Under Production Name of Fruit and Vegetables, Festivals Under Name of Known Religious Person and Memorial Day, Festivals Under Name of Festival of August 30 and Wrestling Competitions.

Interaction between countries has increased with the effect of globalization. As a result of the interaction between countries, cultures have also started to be influenced by each other. In recent years, people have to migrate to different countries and different geographies due to compulsory reasons such as war, natural disasters or optional reasons such as creating new job opportunities and education. These migration movements naturally caused people to carry their own cultural values and living conditions to the countries they went to. With the change in the social structure, cultural wealth has increased and countries have started to shape their policies on the axis of multiculturalism. Along with social and cultural studies, multiculturalism has started to be discussed especially in the field of education. The basic starting point of the study prepared based on this is the necessity for states to take into account the idea of cultural richness and multiculturalism in their educational policies. The main claim of the study is that students gain values such as love, sharing, tolerance, compassion and respect in schools, based on the idea that different cultures should be approached with respect and tolerance in education systems where the understanding of multicultural education is prioritized. Based on this claim, the main purpose of the study is to evaluate the issue of multiculturalism in the Turkish education system and curriculum through Primary School Life Science and Social Studies books. First of all, conceptual information on the subject of multiculturalism was included and the issue of multiculturalism in education was examined. Finally, Primary School Life Science and Social Studies text books were evaluated in the axis of multiculturalism. The data source of the study, which was prepared using the document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, is the first, second and third grade Life Studies text books of 2019 and the 4th grade Social Studies text book, and the education curriculums and programs of the related collections. The data obtained by examining the relevant curriculum and boks were subjected to qualitative content analysis, the findings were tabulated and put into information. In the result of the study, emphasis on multiculturalism is included in the general objectives, explanations and acquisitions of the Life Science and Social Studies courses; It was determined that the concept of multiculturalism as an out come was emphasized more in Social Studies lessons and lesson resources compared to the Life Science lesson.

Fatih project applications since November of 2010 by the Ministry of Education in Turkey started. With the Fatih Project, interactive boards were started to be used in schools and an online education platform called education IT network was developed and it was aimed to support the project and support distance education. However, there is no basic information about how often the Eba system is used on the web. When the literature scans of education informatics network are examined, the number of studies examining teachers' opinions about Eba and Eba is very low. Therefore, the purpose of this study was determined as the evaluation of the adequacy and limitations of the distance education system in terms of teachers and students. 90 teachers selected from various schools are the working group. 90 teachers and 18 questions attitude scale were applied. The scale results were graphed and the attitudes of the teachers about the eba system were examined and suggestions were made about their developable sides.

Until twenty years ago, technological advances were not as rapid as today. The qualifications, knowledge and professional competencies of a person who started his professional life at the end of his education life were valid until he retired. With the Digital Transformation (Industry 4.0) in recent years, due to the rapid advancement of technology, employees have had to keep their knowledge up-to-date and renew their professional competencies with digital applications. It is clearly predicted that the need for a more qualified manpower will increase, as the use of smart machines and applications that emerged with digital transformation will cause employment loss and increase the unemployment rate. According to the latest researches, it shows that office manager and secretarial professions are among the professions that will disappear in the near future as a result of this rapidly changing and developing technology. In this study, professional digital applications, artificial intelligence and robotic systems etc. actively used in this field by taking into account the potential effects of digital transformation on office manager and secretariat profession were evaluated. In this work, it is emphasized that in the near future, it is necessary to remain active in these professions, not only to keep the professional knowledge of the person up to date, and also to follow the technological developments and applications in information and communication technologies systems.

The concept of gender aims to define the different roles and behaviors of women and men in society. In non-homogeneous societies, gender experiences vary by ethnic differences, social class distinctions, and region to region. In addition, the reflections of gender differ in historical process and today, both by countries and by different regions and different sectors in a country on cultural traditions, religion factor, access to resources, layered labor market models and education. Today, in Turkey as a developing country, gender inequality in the employment of education sector is a big problem which maintains its importance. In this study we used the variables of gender equality and performed multidimensional scaling analysis according to Level 2 Statistical Classification of Territorial Units. We evaluated the results by using clustering of multivariate statistical methods to assess regional differences in Turkey. According to the results of this analysis, TR10 (İstanbul), TR51 (Ankara) and TRB1 (Malatya, Elâzığ, Bingöl, Tunceli) were found in the top cluster. The regions in the lowest cluster were TRA2 (Ağrı, Kars, Iğdır, Ardahan), TRB2 (Van, Muş, Bitlis, Hakkâri), TRC1 (Gaziantep, Adıyaman, Kilis), TRC2 (Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır) and TRC3 (Mardin, Batman, Şırnak, Siirt).

Negative experiences in the ready-made food sector have changed the way consumers see this sector and led them to turn to natural food. The demand for natural food has led to the emergence of a new sector, and the concept of organic has entered our lives. It can be observed that this concept, which is used to mean producing food by natural methods, is included in studies in various fields in the literature. Today, as the number of social media users and social media phenomena are increasing rapidly, parasocial interaction expresses a one-way and symbolic relationship that followers develop with media figures, and it can guide consumption decisions of the followers. The purpose of this study was to reveal whether the level of parasocial interaction between the influencers and consumers that follow them affects consumer loyalty for organic food. In this sense, preliminary research on organic consumption was carried out, it was found that the largest share in organic food shopping is made by mothers and expectant mothers, and supported by similar findings encountered in the literature, mothers and expectant mothers were selected as the sample group in the study. There was a total of 27 questions in the questionnaire applied, including demographic variables. The relationships between consumer loyalty for organic food, parasocial interaction, and demographic characteristics of the participants were examined. The analyses were performed using the SPSS package program. In the first half of the 20th century, mass communication began to be created by the invention of radio and television. However, the increasing use of a wide range of information and communication technologies today has brought risks and threats in various dimensions to the extent of information safety that facilitates many processes in economic and social life.
