Employees' motivations, behaviours, emotions and attitudes play a critical role for companies. Organizational commitment facilitates the responsibilities of employees in line with the goals and objectives of the organization with motivation and volunteering. The main determinant of organizational commitment is the organizational justice. The perception of justice regarding the extent to which employees are treated or not treated fairly in the evaluation of their gains in their activities reveal the importance of the perception of justice in the increase or decrease of the performance of employees. Another important factor affecting the performance of employees is the job insecurity. Depending on its evaluation as a negative perception, job insecurity is likely to have negative consequences in terms of individual and organization. This study investigates the regulatory effect of organizational justice, job insecurity, on the effect of organizational commitment on contextual and task performance. For this purpose, data were collected through a questionnaire with 100 participants from the province of Elazig fire brigade workers. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed for scale validity, and relationships between variables were determined. In order to test the mediation and regulatory role, the significance of the indirect effects was examined and the boostrap method was used for this. As a result of the research, the mediating effect of organizational justice on the effect of normative commitment on contextual performance was determined. The regulatory effect of job insecurity in the effect of organizational commitment (normative, emotional, attendance) on functional and contextual performance has not been determined.

The purpose of this study is to reveal whether the levels of coach-athlete relationship and relationship sub-dimensions differ according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, educational status and working time within the framework of the perceptions of the coaches participating in the European Universities Tennis Championship. Criterion sampling, which is one of the purposeful sampling strategies, was used in the study. Observation units in a study can be formed from persons, events, objects or situations with certain qualities. In this case, units that meet the criteria determined for the sampling are included in the sampling (Büyüköztürk et al., 2013). Montenegro in 2019 's capital Podgorico' also realized that the European University Tennis Championship in participating from 18 different countries (Switzerland, Austria, Albania, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Turkey , England, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Croatia), a total of 31 tennis coaches from universities constitute the participant group of the study (n = 31). Participants took part in the study voluntarily. The personal information form prepared by the researcher and the Coach-Athlete Relationship Questionnaire (CART-Q) developed by Jowett and Ntoumanis (2004) were applied to the participants to collect data in the study. Before starting the research, permission to use the scale was obtained in writing from the relevant scientists. Within the scope of the research, we visited Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, and the scales were applied by face to face interview method. SPSS 26.0 package program was used to analyze the data. In addition to descriptive statistics, the obtained data were analyzed by t-test, Shapiro-Wilk test, Levene test, Kruskall-Wallis H test, Mann Witney U test and ANOVA techniques. The level of significance was accepted as p˂0.05. According to the findings of the study, no significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of the coach-athlete relationship depending on the variables of the coach’s age, gender, marital status, educational status and working time. Especially in the national literature, there are not enough studies in this field, and the studies are mainly handled from the perspective of athletes (Bezci, 2016; Güllü, 2018; Avcı, Çepikkurt, & Kale, 2018; Ramazanoğlu, 2018; Selağzı & Çepikkurt, 2015), examining the subject from the perspective of the coaches. It is thought that this study and its results will shed light on the field.

This study aims to determine whether the effect of individual and team athletes on the differences in sports character sub-dimensions differs significantly. The study group consists of licensed athletes of sports clubs operating in Istanbul, licensed athletes studying in the School of Physical Education and Sports, and skiers in Kartepe Ski Center. A questionnaire was conducted with the athletes who constitute the study group of the study. The branches of the athletes are nine branches in total, including Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Martial Sports, Athletics, Wrestling, Swimming, and Skiing. A total of 381 athletes, 242 “Male” and 139 “Female” voluntarily formed the study group. The "Sports Character Scale (SCS)" developed by Jang (2013) and adapted into Turkish by Görgüt and Tuncel (2017) was used as a data collection tool in the study. "Sports Character Scale" consists of 27 items in 5-point Likert type and has 5 sub-dimensions. In the analysis of the data, the independent sample t-test was used to compare the paired means, and the Oneway ANOVA tests were used to compare the means between more than two groups. The internal consistency reliability analysis value of the sports character scale was determined as α = .84, Integrity sub-dimension was α = .78, Antisocial Attitude sub-dimension was α = .71, Compassion sub-dimension was α = .63, Sportspersonship sub-dimension was α = .55, and the internal consistency of the justice sub-dimension was determined as α = .68. According to these results, it can be stated that the reliability of the sports character scale used in the analysis of the data was high. As a result of the study, a statistically significant difference was not found only in the compassion (p = 0.864; p> 0.05) sub-dimension according to the gender of the athletes. However, a statistically significant difference was found at the 95% confidence level in other sub-dimensions. When the Sports Character Scale and its Sub-Dimensions were examined according to the Sports Branch, a statistically significant difference was found only between the integrity sub-dimension scores of the sports character scale and the sports branches at the 95% confidence level (F (8-372) = 2.422; p =, 015; p <0.05). When the Sport Character Scale and its Sub-dimensions were examined according to the ages of the athletes, no statistically significant difference was found between the ages of the athletes and their scores in the sport character scale and all sub-dimensions (p> 0.05).

In the present study, it was aimed to find answers to the following questions: “what are the natural and human conditions that identify the geographical distribution of the Kağızman Long (Uzun) Apple, the level of its production status and what can be done for its sustainability?” The Kağızman Long Apple, which is a local product identified with the Kağızman district of the Kars province, is one of the apple varieties specific to Anatolia. The Kağızman Long Apple, which has gained its shape and aromatic taste through integrity with the geographical and cultural features of the endemic place, has come to be transferred as an important cultural heritage from the past to the present. "Kağızman Long Apple", which has been produced on a limited scale until recently, and has been forgotten, started to become a product of interest after it was registered as a geographical indication in 2017. The long apple, which is cultivated only in the Kağızman District in our country, is both an economic resource with its high potential and an alternative to apricot in fruit growing. There are a total of 8265 long apple trees that belong to 168 farmers along the valley bases and deposit areas formed by the Aras River and its branches and sheltered thanks to the climate. The vast majority of the apples grown are marketed to the immediate local towns and cities. However, with its increasing popularity and recognizability, the fruit has started to find a place on the shelves in the fruit departments in big cities. In order to be able to meet the expectations of the Kağızman Long Apple cultivation, which is carried out as a traditional farming activity, insufficiencies such as irrigation, cold storage, becoming a cooperative and marketing must be eliminated.
