After the Second World War, with the proliferation of nation states, culture has gained an important place in International Relations. Especially after 1990, the endless conflicts after the end of the Cold War, which are thought to be caused by ideologies, revealed the fact that the basis of the conflicts is beyond ideologies. These cultural differences, which were reflected to the public with Samuel Huntington's Clash of Civilizations thesis, soon turned into one of the basic assumptions of the International Relations discipline. Later, Olivier Roy denied the Clash of Civilizations thesis, especially on the basis of prejudices against Islamic culture in the West. While all these discussions are ongoing, even if they are not in conflict, the international view of these cultural circles, which have distinct differences between them, is essentially shaped around the domestic political culture. Citizens form these international views through the government with which they engage in democratic ways. Therefore, when individuals' choice methods and purposes come together in democratic voting behaviors, they affect the nature of International Relations. Turkish voters will be examined in this study of voting behavior in terms of rational choice model will be evaluated by examining the Turkish political culture and its effect on the international position of the Republic of Turkey.

In practice, it is seen that mostly only a place showing certificate is issued between the real estate broker and the buyer or tenant. In cases where there is no separate brokerage agreement between the parties, it is important whether the location document can be qualified as a contract or not. Because the real estate brokerage agreement is subject to a written form by law. In cases where the real estate designation document is signed by both parties and has the minimum elements of the brokerage agreement, the Supreme Court accepts that a valid brokerage agreement has been established between the parties. In this context, the Supreme Court decides that the broker will obtain the right to pay in the presence of other conditions. The appropriateness of this characterization of the Supreme Court constitutes the subject of the study.

The aim of our study is to examine whether the leisure management levels of students aged 13-18 vary according to gender, age, class, status of finding themselves successful in their courses, States of evaluating recreational activities, daily leisure, efficient use of leisure and variables of leisure activities. 259 people (149 men and 110 women) who attended TFF Celal Aras Sports High Schools in Konya, Mersin, Karaman, Niğde and Istanbul participated in the study. As a data collection tool, the researchers prepared by personal information form, Wang, Kao Huan and Wu (2011) and Turkish adaptation developed by Akgül and Karaküçük (2015) “made by free time management Scale (BZYO)” validity and reliability “made in the free time management scale” was used. The data obtained in the study were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 package program. More than 30 the number of data, and the values of the data normality Kolmogorov-Simirnov (Lilliefors test, and these values be less than 0,05 was examined, and the coefficients of skewness and kurtosis ±1 is within the boundaries of the data because conformity has been demonstrated to a normal distribution (Morgan, Leech, Gloeckner, and Barrett, 2004).Since the scores obtained from the scales are normally distributed, the T-test and one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) were used for unrelated samples from parametric tests. In the results of the study, the future expectation scale “gender, age, class, success, recreation, leisure time, efficient use of time, leisure activity according to demographic variables future expectations and leisure management do not differ significantly according to some variables, according to the age variable of students “goal determination and method”, “Evaluation” and a statistically significant difference between the total scores of the scale variable of leisure time daily again, according to the “Assessment” found a statistically significant difference between scores. As a result, studies about the future of high school students who are preparing to be launched into life during adolescence are important. In this direction, it is not appropriate to generalize the results to different age groups and different regions. For this reason, applying research on this subject to different age categories will make important contributions to obtaining more detailed data on young people and writing in the field.

As it is known, the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to original print painting is the use of reproduction technique as an art discipline. After preparing a printing plate by using traditional printing techniques by the artists, the prints that are copied and numbered by printing from this mold are called print pictures or original print pictures. Original print painting has been used as a traditional printing technique by artists in many countries of the world. Studies based on replication are generally considered as graphic design products. With the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, the culture of western countries started to dominate many areas of life. Educated artists who have received art education in Western countries have made new traditional works in parallel with the education they received after returning to the country and contributed to the formation of art education institutions in this field. In addition, master teachers and artists from abroad were invited. One of the most important of these artists is Leopald Levi. Levi came to Istanbul in 1936 as a guest of the Turkish Government and was the head of the Art Education Department at the Academy. Levin established a graphic design workshop and made a new beginning by doing original print painting. Original print painting techniques were not considered professionally at the beginning, but they were considered important in terms of aesthetic values. Artists from abroad have contributed to the Turkish art of print painting. The original printing works of the 21st century Turkish painters gained momentum in this process. Therefore, although the technique is traditional in the works of the artists, original print painting has become popular in terms of aesthetic values and artistic features. Amongst the 21st century Turkish printmaking artists, many artists such as Mustafa Aslıer, Süleyman Saim Tekcan, Burhan Doğançay, Muammer Bakır and Mehmet Güleryüz can be cited. In this sense, since the first half of the 20th century, print painting technique has been preferred as an artistic expression by original print painting artists in Turkey. With the application studies, the art of original print painting has developed greatly until today. In this study, especially creative thinking skills and technical aspects were evaluated over the artistic features of the original print paintings of 20th century Turkish painters.

There are around 4 million Syrians in Turkey, and Şanlıurfa is the fourth city where they live the most, and around 423 thousand, they constitute 21% of the population of Şanlıurfa. Şanlıurfa is one of Turkey's provinces with the most important agricultural potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the attitudes of Syrians under temporary protection to working conditions in agriculture in Şanlıurfa. The main material of this study is the primary data obtained through face-to-face interviews with Syrian refugees working in agriculture in the province of Şanlıurfa, Turkey. Analyzes were made in SPSS with Chi-square Fisher's Exact test. According to the results obtained, the average age of the participants is 32.41 years, 54.2% are married, and they have been in Turkey for an average of 4.7 years, 26.2% of them work regularly, 31.9% of them work in seasonal jobs and 41.9% of them work in daily jobs. Working conditions in agriculture are safe in the dependent variable, while the variables of occupation, job type, and average income in Syria show a statistically significant difference (p<0.05), while there is a statistically meaningful affinity with the age variable (p<0.10), gender, marital status, educational status, the duration of residence in Turkey, work and branch in agriculture, on the other hand, did not give statistically significant results (p>0.10). In the short term, agriculture is the prominent sector in improving the living standards of Syrian refugees and ensuring integration with local people. Providing Syrian refugees with practical training on agriculture and micro-credit will positively contribute to Syrians becoming more active and productive in agricultural production. This study is the first study conducted in Şanlıurfa in this context.

Logistic villages play an important role in the economy of the countries. Logistic villages provide advantages to both the producer and the consumer by optimizing the transportation and distribution of products and services. Considering Turkey's strong geographical location, Turkish State Railways (TCDD) envisaged Turkey to become a logistics center in the world and initiated the project of establishing logistics villages. This study aimed to gather information about the goals and development of the logistics village project in Turkey, and the status of the centers that have been implemented and are still in the project phase. In the theoretical framework of this review, the concepts of logistics and logistics villages are discussed. In the practical framework, the development of logistics activities and logistics villages in Turkey and these villages are discussed in detail. In this study, it is seen that it is planned to establish 25 logistics villages in Turkey and 12 of them have been completed. Many factors are taken into consideration while establishing these villages. The most important of these factors is that villages have more than one transportation infrastructure and are located in the right place. In order for Turkey to reach its goal of becoming a global logistics center, the logistics villages that have been completed should be given importance and efforts should be continuously improved, and great importance should be given to the completion of the logistics villages that are still in the project or planning phase.

With the proliferation of performance areas in the 20th century, Jazz music appealing to a wide audience has become a popular music genre by being defined as a symbol of a certain segment in social terms. The class struggle of the African-American people, which constitutes the basic principle of this situation, has been shaped by phenomena such as development and change with the spread of this music over time. It has been observed that the model of the musician performing jazz music and the music market reflected these sociological codes of the society in certain periods. Apart from this general view, it is considered that the masculine dominance in music practice as a different situation reflected by the way of life of the African-American society has enabled the sexist roles in Jazz music to be accepted for a long time. It has been observed that female musicians, who achieved great success as vocalists throughout the history, were later included in the practice of performing music as instrument performers. The violin, which is seen as the dominant instrument of European music in a way that reflects the spirit of the time, has become widespread with the prominence of performers such as Joe Venuti, Eddie South, Stéphane Grappelli and Stuff Smith. Emma Smock, which Smith has included in the jazz music industry, took place as the first female violinist in this field with the pseudonym “Ginger”. In this study, Emma Smock’s position in the jazz music market with her female identity as a violin player as well as Smock’s work named When a Gypsy Really Plays the Blues was analyzed with her violin performance in Strange Blues. Descriptive Research Techniques were used in this study in terms of obtaining and evaluating data. Evaluations of the work were made by using the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. The purpose of the study is to try to define Smock’s presence in the music industry with her female identity as an instrument performer in the period examined within the scope of the research and to give preliminary information about the instrument technique used by the artist in her performance. Regarding the results of the study, it was observed that certain perceptions about the musicians who played this music in different periods developed through jazz music and different orientations took place with the popularization of this musical genre. It has been found that these developed perceptions are instrumental in creating certain artist profiles within the sector.

Sects have been organized by completing the spiritual part of Islam with the personality represented by the Prophet, and it is a form that has spread to the present day. It was not to attribute Islam to lonely rules, but to reach its inner world and thus to make spiritual life superior to material life. It is understood from the existing works that Arapgir was equipped with religious structures before the Ottoman period with its inclusion in Turkish rule. The Grand Mosque and the hankah next to it are places that point to the mystical structure. Arapgir, one of the starboard centers of the Ottoman Empire, has made progress in social, economic, religious and scientific fields during this period.Especially in the direction of trained manpower, it attracted attention in the palace in Istanbul. Although Ömer Baba (Nuran) is known today in Arapgir and its surroundings, the printed information about him is very superficial. In our research, the information of those who had information about his family and Ömer Baba was consulted. The topic of the stories described was not mentioned. It was studied on a poetic work in praise type written by Vehbi, who was his student. Transcription and simplification of the Ottoman text was conveyed in the form of poetry. The mystical and literary characteristics of the text were not emphasized. He was a student of Tailor Baba and was the teacher of Hacı Ömer Baba from Elazığ. It is a loss that such a sufi people are under-recognized or not involved in the academic field. Ömer Baba preferred a simple and ordinary life. This choice made it difficult for us to have information. It is said that there is information recorded by its students, and we also hope that they will be obtained. The functioning of the sect was not entered into by giving brief information about the Nakshi Khalid sect to which Omar Baba was affiliated. This article was prepared within the framework of scarce sources about an unknown spiritual value.

It is possible to see the effect of technology in every field in the developing and changing world. Technological developments have also affected Forensic Sciences and advanced the methods used in this field. Forensic Scientists work to solve forensic cases in the most accurate way through multidisciplinary studies. Especially the field of Forensic Anthropology appears as a discipline where more reliable determinations are made in the light of technological developments and contributes a lot to forensic investigations. The main study of Forensic Anthropology is identification. Identification is performed from skeletal remains or soft tissue samples. Forensic Anthropologists determine factors such as gender, age, ethnicity, causes of death reflected on the skeleton and teeth, and various distinctive features through bone remains. Forensic Anthropologists take on more and more important tasks in finding answers to the "who" and "how" questions that form the basis of forensic cases. New studies for identification have brought new methods with the effect of technology. These developments, which basically include computer imaging, mathematical algorithms and new imaging methods, have brought new perspectives to Forensic Anthropology. 3D imaging, X-ray use, CT scans and Lodox imaging are examples of these studies. By using these methods, anthropology studies have been brought to the virtual dimension. Thus, more accurate and clear results have begun to be obtained in identification studies.
