<p style="text-align:justify">Earnings from digital platforms have increased exponentially, given the impact of the digital age and technological development. Therefore, the demand and attraction of this form of revenue generation has also increased. In terms of the digital economy, location of the provision of the service and the location of income beneficiary may differ. As a result of lack of regulation regarding the activities performed in the digital environment based on geographical boundaries, the challenge of sales taxation for the income obtained in this field has emerged. In this context, certain regulations have been established in the international arena to determine the revenue obtained from internet advertising services offered and the country of taxation authority.
<p style="text-align:justify">At the end of World War I, after the Allied occupation of the Palestinian Territory, the doors were now fully opened to the Zionists. The Jews were fighting hard to realize their plans to establish a Jewish State in Palestine. After the Balfour Declaration was adopted at the San Remo conference in 1920, and especially after the League of Nations&#39;s approval of Palestine as the British mandate on July 24, 1922, it was approved as the official policy of Britain in Palestine. Thus, the Zionist organization sped up efforts to bring more Jews to this country and establish a national Jewish homeland there. While the number of Jews settled in Palestine on the eve of World War I was 40, this figure reached 55 thousand in 1919, 107 thousand in 1925, 300 thousand in 1935 and 650 thousand in 1948. After the British mandate ruled that it was time to declare the Jewish State, it brought the matter to the United Nations. Thus, on May 24, 1948, the partition of Palestine and the establishment of Israel were officially approved by the United States.

TRANSFORMATION OF “THE EVENT” IN THE NARRATION: A READING ON THE IMAGINARY LANGUAGE OF BİN HÜZÜNLÜ HAZ

The plot of a text is associated with the act of the narrator and therefore the language. Considering the characteristic aspects of this language, it can be observed that a narrative structure that varies from period to period is exposed, and therefore the approach to the event of a text written before and after modernism is not the same. A tale that draws attention with its repetitive plot, a 19th century novel, where the linearity of events comes to the fore, or a modern or postmodern narrative in which events begin to lose their former value, the intervention of human consciousness into events increases and almost turn into the inner monologue of the character makes this characteristic structure visible. This change also caused some controversy at the point of the incident. In the postmodern narratives of the 20th century, such as Bin Hüzünlü Haz (1997), events based on image, randomly combined, dream and reality are intertwined take attention. In the novel, the event loses its former function and becomes insignificant. It was also discussed how such narratives should be evaluated in terms of the positioning of the "event". Accordingly, which of these classifications such as the “uneventful narrative” or “narrative in which the event is left behind” can the text proceeding with a scattered consciousness be included in? In this study, based on sample texts and cultural background, the issue of presence / absence of events in a narrative has been problematized, and comprehensive results have been tried to be reached. In the study, first of all, the period-specific structure of the plot was opened, and the novel Bin Hüzünlü Haz was examined with a close reading.

The issue of men and women is one of today's dynamic and lively subjects. With the rise of the modern epistemic framework, the acceptance that the roles, behavior patterns, life and phenomena of men and women will not / could not determined a priori has become an increasingly widespread view. This study deals with the thesis that the male / female issue is a social construction problem. Accordingly, the social context, social structure and culture effect on the way any group, handles women is great. Today, being a woman in Egypt and being a woman in Paris do not mean the same and the approaches towards women differ. In this respect, the issue of women should not be considered independent of the culture and social context. The best example of this is religious groups and communities that have certain patterns in themselves.
<p style="text-align:justify">The reproduction of the work of art with technical possibilities has occupied the intellectual and artistic circles with the industrial revolution. The reproduction of the work of art, which started with photography, brought with it some ethical problems and caused it to be experienced in discussions. The forms of production changed by the technologies allows it to change in the social of structure and to reach new realities. In addition to developments that change production forms such as augmented reality and artificial intelligence, new approaches and realities are emerging in the production of works of art. In this article, the production system, method, platforms and value system of non-Fungible Token (NFT), in other words, unchangeable unique assets, which is called crypto art, of the reproduction of the work of art with technical possibilities are examined. At the same time, the sociological and economic aspects of the artist&#39;s new field of action, which is gained by the acceptance of the artwork or representative asset attached to the standard contract and account codes that produce unique value, such as ERC721 and ERC-1155 over the Ethereum blockchain, are examined. Details about NFT&#39;s blockchain technology, general structure and usage are examined and the concept of crypto art is explained with technical details. The basic structure, limits, usage costs are explained and the methods of being a part of NFT are explained step by step. The crypto-code relationship between smart contracts and Ethereum, which is the key feature of immutable unique assets is explained. The fundamental dependence of the concept of crypto art on motion graphics and the determinants of the production methods of the crypto art work are expressed. Considering the fact that data decentralization is realized with IPFS protocol instead of HTTP protocol and that collective production is a result of hyperreal life forms, the movement of digital art production forms is emphasized. In addition, technological innovations and production methods are examined and discussed starting from the first examples.

<p style="text-align:justify">In this study, it was conducted in order to determine the in-service training needs of teachers working in pre-school education units and to determine the effectiveness of the in-service training studies given to teachers working in pre-school education units in Turkey. The general screening model was used in conducting the research. General survey models are the scanning arrangements made over the whole of the universe or a group, sample or sample taken from it in order to make a general judgment about the universe in a universe consisting of many elements. In order to achieve the aim determined in the study, the relevant resources were searched for in-service training activities for teachers working in preschool education institutions organized under the Ministry of National Education. In this regard, statistics, strategic plans, and in-service training plans published by the Ministry of National Education were discussed and analyzed. Afterwards, the studies in the literature on the subject were examined, evaluated and interpreted. As a result of the research, it was seen that the number and content of in-service training activities organized for teachers working in pre-school education units in Turkey were not at a sufficient level. When the researches on in-service training plans and statistics are examined, it is understood that the in-service training activities organized for teachers working in pre-school education units are not prepared in line with the demands or needs of teachers and many teachers are not aware of these in-service training activities. It is observed that the majority of teachers working in pre-school education institutions do not participate in in-service training activities due to various reasons. In-service training activity plans should be prepared by taking the requests of the relevant field teachers. In addition, it will be effective to prepare the contents of in-service training plans with more effective and up-to-date trainings and to announce them to all relevant teachers. It is also necessary to take measures to encourage and ensure the participation of teachers working in all pre-school education units periodically to in-service training activities for the field by authorized units.

<p style="text-align:justify">In this study, Hacı Bektaş Veli and the subject of "being human", referring to Hacı Bektaş Veli&#39;s work named Makâlât, "who is not like himself" (other nations, people), "knowing yourself", "love", "knowing what is good is an order, knowing what is bad" and "heart" concepts. Considering the dimensions of this study prepared with the document analysis technique in qualitative method, these concepts were selected as samples from each door of the work, which was designed and organized as four doors and forty makams. In Hacı Bektaş Veli, heart is the symbol that opens every door. Hacı Bektaş Veli, who does not distinguish himself and those like him from others, expressed his ideas about "being human" in concise words and invited all people to love, to peace, to know what is good and what is bad is forbidden. Unconditional love and love for the eternal is the only heart guide of Sufis. So much so that love is the last act that makes human beings human in Sufism, it is a personal experience. A person who does not fall in love and does not wish to attain the "Divine One" cannot go on the path of Sufism, cannot know himself. Therefore, in Hacı Bektaş Veli, &#39;love&#39; is the only guide that brings people to the "Divine One" in the journey of becoming human, just like in Mevlânâ and Yunus. Thus, the person whose guide is the love of God discovers his own position of existence in the whole he belongs to at the end of his journey to become human. As a result of the study, it was seen that Hacı Bektaş Veli was a perfect person who first "became human" in himself.

ON THE THEME OF “WATER” IN CONTEMPORARY ART EXPERIENCED EXHIBITION PRACTICES

It has been an ongoing action since the existence of human life, feeding from nature, discovering it and finally being inspired by it. The scientific and technical skills developed in the continuity of this action have brought man to a dominant position over nature. With the industrialization, under the influence of a fast consumption culture, negative effects on nature on a global scale have come to the fore. Many problems such as the consumption of natural resources, air pollution, waste problem, genetically modified products, the rapid disappearance of green areas, endangered species and the harms of plastic use stand before us as environmental problems waiting to be solved. Within the scope of art movements such as earthly art, ecological art, and environmental art that take a positive attitude towards nature and adopt a responsible attitude, mostly natural materials are preferred, and works of art in which nature itself is used/presented as a space is reflected in today's art. Robert Smithson, Jason DeCaires Taylor, William Pye, Doug Aitken, Reformative Coral Habitats, Christo and Jeanne-Claude, and Cai Guo-Qiang are artists with different cultures, styles and modes of production. Despite all these differences, these artists have produced works of art that can be defined as the voice of a common idea with the use of similar materials in their works. Basically, water is a common material used by artists, and in particular, it is a mediator. In some works, the theme of water is at the center of artistic production, while in others it is used as a reminder of nature. In this study, the meaning of the use of water in the context of contemporary art practices and the difference/originality of the display language were evaluated both physically and aesthetically, and the work was analyzed.
