The culture of advising saltans as well as presenting social and political theories and ideas is noticeable in different periods of history. Sarı Abdullah Efendi (1584-1660) has written several works with his writing talent. The feature known as the commentator of Mesnevi, this hallmark has shown itself in most of his writings. He is one of the most well-known intellectuals of the seventeenth-century Ottoman period because he was in states’s service for a long time. His nasîhatnâme is not only a letter of advice but is a political treatise. Nasîhatü’l-Mülûk can be seen as a mirror of Rumi's the famous mystical figure of the thirteenth-century political ideas in the appearance of his writings. Sarı Abdullah Efendi has been head-on influenced by Rumi and his thoughts and that is how its possible to attest that the political advice and ideas which were given in this text all belong to Rumi.

Due to the high rate of spread of the Covid-19 virus seen in China in the last months of 2019, it spread rapidly first to China and then to the whole world. In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a worldwide pandemic due to the deadly effect of Covid-19. Countries have taken extremely strict measures to prevent the infection. The measures taken brought the economic and social life to a standstill. The pandemic not only threatened the lives of thousands of people, but also deeply affected both social and business life. This situation has disrupted the living order of all people and the flow of life has almost stopped. Many factors such as restrictions, prohibitions, physical and social distance rules, cleaning and use of masks during the pandemic have caused normal life to evolve into other forms. In this process, many people have been negatively affected both economically, psychologically and socially, as well as the pressure and fear that Covid-19 has created on society has negatively affected people's quality of life and standards. This brings to mind the thought of whether Covid-19 has differentiated people's perceptions of social welfare. In this study, various suggestions will be made to remove the pressure on people by measuring the difference that people have created on their social welfare perceptions during the Covid-19 pandemic. With in the scope of this research in which the quantitative approach was used, a questionnaire study was applied to individuals residing in Istanbul and it was determined that there were differences according to demographic variables in terms of individuals' welfare levels and social welfare perceptions.

Geographical Indications are quality rare products that can be obtained in a very limited area, produced depending on the natural and human geography conditions of a country. For this reason, it is an important issue to take them under protection and evaluate their potential. With the local and international sales of these products, income is provided to the economy of the region and the country, the development of tourism, rural development and the promotion of the cultural structure of the region are provided. Therefore, these products create brand values that are important both materially and spiritually in the cities where they are located. Geographical Indication applications around the world have been tried to be continued from the past to the present, but it has been mentioned frequently in the last twenty years. Especially in recent years, while the number of geographically indicated products has increased, there has been an increase in the demand for such products. In general, while the geographical indications system is operated more intensively in Europe, especially the food sector has taken its place among the sectors with increasing dynamism. Turkey is an extremely rich country in terms of geographically indicated products due to its geographical location and conditions. It has different climatic zones, different human capital, and different cultural heritages. 2021 May of Turkey at the EU level "Antep Baklava/Gaziantep Baklava", "Aydın Figs", "Malatya Apricots", "Aydın Chestnut", "Taşköprü Garlic", "Milas olive oil" and "Bayramiç White" marked as seven geographical registered products.

COVID-19, a pandemic declared by World Health Organization, and is soon expected to completely reshuffle the world order, given the changes the nation-states are going through. The main aim of this paper is to demonstrate how the pandemic like COVID-19 is shifting the priorities of the countries from everything else to health sector; doctors are celebrated as the heroes of the nations, there are no more army talks, allies that would supply arms and ammunition to each other, supply masks, test kits and vaccines now. The superpower like United States seems to be losing its battle with the COVID-19, recording the highest number of positive cases and deaths. The National health sector of a country is becoming a new standard of measuring the development of the country. National security is no more the concern, the health security is though. Regional organizations like EU is showing the signs of split by not being in solidarity with its member states. Global organisations like the United Nations formed by the states no longer gives confidence to the states. This article evaluates the developments in the COVID-19 process and analyses that the world order will change after COVID-19. The world order predicts that it will cease to be unipolar or bipolar and that there will be new actor states that will balance each other in a multipolar order. Some of these actor states will take an active role in their regions while a few others will take an active role in the world. Moreover this paper will also discuss the opportunism of China to take the throne of world order, while America seems to be busy fixing its health crisis.

Trauma studies in literature examines the complex psychological and social aspects that affect the victims' perception of traumatic experience, as well as the ways in which such an experience is reflected in language. The God of Small Things attempts to accurately reflect the traumas experienced by the characters. In this novel, many individuals have been exposed to various traumas. These traumas that individuals are exposed to have either destroyed their lives or caused their deaths. The constant repetition of traumas in this novel led me to refer to Freud's theory of trauma. According to Freud, trauma victims experience events similar to the traumas they have experienced in the past, the situation or events they complain about do not change. According to Freud, repressed traumatic experiences are then relived in similar ways All individuals from different socio-economic classes in the novel unite at a common point. This point is their traumatic experience. Drawing on Freud's trauma studies, I associated the traumas of the characters with the common social trauma of British colonialism. As a matter of fact, it has been seen that both social and individual reflections of mass traumas are discussed in other trauma studies. In this article, a detailed analysis is made for the various forms of individual and mass traumas in the novel God of Small Things. Set in Ayemenem, the novel chronicles the terrible downfall of a family whose members suffer severely as a result of a lack of love and compassion. The novel is told from the perspective of the twins, Rahel and Estha. The story explores several facets of life, including religion, love, anger, misery, ambition, temptation, and sex. In addition to this, the story touches on some modern-day difficulties that lead to more troubles for the Ipe family. The aim of this study is to examine the novel in the light of trauma theory and to examine the situations such as gender, social class difference, caste system, colonial history that cause the traumas of the character in the novel.

Narrative has existed in every human society. It is one of the important ways how we perceive our environment and it is a fundamental way how to make sense of the world. Narrative is a strategy used to make our experiences and desires intelligible. It is a linguistic and logical relationship that the text puts forward as a condition of its intelligibility. It is a way how to reveal and how to perceive the objects. We can also think of a narrative as a chain of events in a cause-effect relationship that takes place in time and space. Cinema is a visual and auditory narrative art. Film is a tool that contributes how we perceive the world with our senses. In the process of perceiving the world through film, how the film creates a well-formed narrative structure and how it presents this narrative to the audience plays an important role. The film is realized within the framework of a performance and is associated with a textual form, namely the script (screenplay). Film is a narrative form based on the physical recording of sounds and motion pictures. In other words scripts are narratives written for filming, not for reading. A screenplay is a text that contains the narrative of action and dialogue of a film. One of the paradigms that helps the author to shape the screenplay with maximum dramatic effect is the three-act scenario paradigm. In this study, the concept of narrative, film narrative and the three-act structure paradigm are examined.

In this work, the global authority that the brand value of the artist name in contemporary art gives to the artist is emphasized. It has also been shown that some of the artworks sold at fairly high prices around the world are lagging behind the artist brands, and that these brand values are created by the support of the art market. The theoretical framework of working in this context is formed by examining some works which find buyers at high prices. In the examination, while the details of the subject were examined from different angles with the literature review, The current state of the art market is also discussed concretely
