Abstract
Lojistik faaliyetlerin önemli bileşenlerinden biri olan filo yönetimi, rekabetçi piyasa şartlarında maliyet azaltmanın en kolay yöntemlerindendir. Lojistik şirketlerinde bulunan ekipman, garaj ve araçların bir sistem içerisinde yürütülmesi olan filo yönetimi bir o kadar da zorlu bir faaliyettir. Bu çalışma, bu zorlu yönetimi gerçekleştiren filo yöneticilerinin filo yönetimindeki sıkıntılara ilişkin görüş ve önerilerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma için gerekli bilgilere kaynak tarama yöntemi ile ulaşılmış, filo yöneticilerinin filo yönetimindeki sıkıntılara ilişkin görüş ve önerilerini tespit etmek için yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Görüşme sonucu bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın amacına göre de bu bulgular yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract
Fleet management, one of the most important components of logistics activities, is one of the easiest methods to reduce costs in competitive market conditions. Fleet management is the most challenging activity in logistics companies. This study was conducted in order to examine the opinions and suggestions of fleet managers about fleet management problems. The information needed for the research was obtained by the method of scanning the source and semi-structured interview technique was used to determine the opinions and suggestions of the fleet managers about the fleet management problems. Results of the interview were obtained. These findings were interpreted according to the purpose of the study.
