FEN BİLİMLERİ DERSİ KAPSAMINDA TEKNOLOJİ UYGULAMALARI VE TASARIMINA İLİŞKİN ÖĞRETMEN ADAYLARININ GÖRÜŞLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract
Günümüzde eğitim öğretimde teknoloji uygulamalarının ve tasarımının önemi artmakta ve giderek önem kazanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, teknoloji okuryazarı bireyler yetiştirmek, temel eğitimin misyonları arasındadır. Bu çalışmada da, birinci ve dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim görmekte olan sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının fen bilimleri dersine yönelik teknoloji uygulamaları ve tasarımına ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek ve karşılaştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma 2017-2018 akademik yılı güz yarıyılında, Doğu Karadeniz bölgesindeki bir devlet üniversitesinin Eğitim Fakültesi, Temel Eğitim Bölümü, Sınıf Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalında öğrenim görmekte olan, 15’i birinci, 15’i de dördüncü sınıf olmak üzere, gönüllü 30 öğretmen adayının katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma etiği çerçevesinde mülakata katılan sınıf öğretmeni adayları sırası ile K1, K2, ..., K30 şeklinde kodlanmıştır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak araştırılan problemin bir yönünün derinlemesine ve kısa sürede çalışılmasına imkan sağlayan özel durum yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada veriler araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanmış olan sekiz temel sorunun yer aldığı yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Mülakat sorularının görünüş ve kapsam geçerliğinin sağlanması için bir alan eğitimi uzmanına ve anlaşılırlık açısından da bir Türkçe dil uzmanına kontrol ettirilmiş olup, uzmanların görüşleri doğrultusunda gerekli düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların izinleri dahilinde ses kayıt cihazı ile toplanan veriler indirgemeler yapılarak, kritik cevaplar tablolar halinde sunulmuş ve katılımcı cevapları ham verilerle desteklenmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının fen bilimleri dersi öğretim programı hakkında eksik bilgiye sahip oldukları sonucuna dayanarak, öğretmen adaylarına fen bilimleri dersi öğretim programı ile ilgili daha detaylı dersler verilebilir.

Abstract
Recently, technology applications and design in education is increasing and it is becoming increasingly important. In this context, technology literacy is among the missions of basic education to educate individual. In this study, it was aimed to determine and compare the opinions of the primary teacher candidates who are studying in the first and fourth grades on the technology applications and design related to the science course. The study was carried out in the fall semester of 2017/2018 academic year with the participation of 30 volunteer teacher candidates who are studying at the Faculty of Education, Primary Education Department, 15 of them are first and 15 are fourth grade. In Primary Education Department of a state university in the Eastern Black Sea region and it was performed. In the context of research ethics, the primary teacher candidates participating in the interview are respectively coded as P1, P2, ..., P30. The case study method is used which provides a deep and short run of the problem searched as research method. In this study, in which eight basic questions data were collected by semi-structured interview technique, it was prepared by researchers. In order to ensure the appearance and scope of the interview questions, a field education specialist was provided and a Turkish language expert was checked for clarity and the necessary arrangements were made in line with the opinions of the experts. Data collected with voice recorder within the permits of the participants were presented in tabular form with critical answers, and participant responses were supported by raw data. Based on the conclusion that prospective teachers have inadequate knowledge about the science curriculum, they can be given more detailed courses about the science curriculum.
