FARKLI BİÇİMDEKİ TOPLU KONUT UYGULAMALARINDA KONUT-KULLANICI MEMNUNİYETİ: EDİRNE BİNEVLER VE AVRUPA KENT ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract
Tüm dünya da olduğu gibi ülkemizde de konut açığı süregelen bir problemdir.Kentlerin gelişmesi ve nüfus artışı ile birlikte açığa çıkan konut ihtiyacı kent merkezlerindeki yoğun yerleşimlerden dolayı kentsel yerleşim alanlarının çeperinde çözülmeye çalışılmaktadır.. Çoğu çok katlı konutlar olmasının yanı sıra bahçeli tekil konutlar olarak çözümlenenlerde vardır. Konut geçmişte sadece barınma amacına uygun olarak değerlendirilirken,günümüzde kullanıcının refah ve mutluluğuna katkısı önemlidir.Yapılan araştırmalarda; kişilerin yaşadıkları konutlardan memnun olmasının ruhsal ve fiziksel sağlıklarını da etkilediği ve bu yüzden konutun insan hayatında önemli bir rolü olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışma kent çeperindeki bahçeli konutlarda yaşayanlarla kent merkezinde toplu konutlarda oturanların konut ve mahallelerini kullanıcı memnuniyeti açısından değerlendirmelerini karşılaştırmayı hedeflenmektedir.. Bir başka deyişle bu çalışma kent merkezi dışında kalan bahçeli konutların kent içindeki diğer toplu konutlara göre kullanıcıların ihtiyaçlarını ne ölçüde karşıladığı sorusuna cevap aramaktadır. Bu amaçla konut ve kullanıcı memnuniyeti ile ilgili bir literatür taramasından sonra, Edirne Koca Sinan Mahallesindeki; Bin evler toplu konutlarıyla, yine aynı mahalleye bağlı Kırklareli yolu üzerinde bulunan 179 haneli Avrupa Kent sitesindeki kullanıcılarının konut ve çevresinden memnuniyetlerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir alan çalışmasının yapılmış ve sonuçları kullanıcı memnuniyetleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
As in the rest of the world, housing deficit is an ongoing problem in our country. With the development of cities and population growth, the need for housing is being solved on the periphery of the urban settlement areas due to the dense settlements in the city centers. In the past, while the housing was evaluated only in accordance with the purpose of housing, today's contribution to the welfare and happiness of the user is important. it is seen that the satisfaction of the people living in the houses affects their mental and physical health and therefore the house plays an important role in human life. The aim of this study is to compare the housing and neighborhoods of the residents that live in collective housing of the city center and living in the housing units in the city hinterland in terms of user satisfaction. In other words, this study seeks to answer the question of the extent to which the housing units outside the city meet the needs of the users compared to other collective housings in the city. For this purpose, after a literature review on housing and user satisfaction, A field study was carried out to determine the satisfaction of the users of the Binevler collective houses in Edirne Koca Sinan Neighborhood and Avrupa Kent residents having 179 units on the Kırklareli road connected to the same neighborhood and the results were evaluated according to user satisfaction.
