Abstract
Türkçe dersinin en önemli amaçlarından biri sözcük öğretimidir. Sözcük öğretimi, üzerinde titizlikle durulması gereken bir çalışmalar bütünüdür. Söz varlığı unsurlarının öğretilmesi, metinlerin daha açık anlaşılmasına yardımcı olacaktır. Ana dilinde öğrencinin anlamını bilmediği bir sözcük, zihninde kavramsal olarak yabancı bir sözcükten farksızdır. Söz varlığı ediniminde yöntemin çeşitliliğini öğrencilerin sözcükleri kavrama düzeyleri belirleyecektir. Bu açıdan sözcük çalışmalarında yöntemi dar bir çerçevede ele almak yerine olabildiğince çeşitlendirmekte yarar vardır. Çalışmamızda, seçtiğimiz ilköğretim ikinci kademede okutulmuş Türkçe ders kitapları üzerinden Türkçe ders kitaplarının söz varlığı unsurlarının edinimi üzerindeki etkileri incelenecektir.

Abstract
One of the most important objectives of the Turkish lesson is vocabulary teaching. Vocabulary teaching is a collection of studies that should be emphasized carefully. Teaching the vocabulary elements will help understand the texts more clearly. A word that the student does not know the meaning in the mother tongue is conceptually indistinguishable from a foreign word, in his mind. The variety of methods in word acquisition will be determined by the students' level of understanding the words. In this respect, it is useful to diversify the method as much as possible instead of considering the method in a narrow framework. In our study, the effects of Turkish textbooks on the acquisition of the vocabulary elements will be examined with the Turkish textbooks taught in the second level of primary education.
