Abstract
Hastane bilgi sistemlerinde, modern teknolojinin kullanımı giderek artan bir oranda önemli hale gelmektedir. Bir hasta hastaneye kabul edildiği zaman, bir hekim veya hemşire öncelikle hastanın hastaneye kabul edilmesinin sebepleri ve hastanın geçmişi hakkında veriye ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu bağlamda, sağlık bilgi sistemleri son derece önemlidir. Bu bağlamda, bu araştırmada Türkiye'de sağlık bilgi sistemleri incelenmiştir. Türkiye'nin sağlık bilgi sistemleri konusunda gelişmiş ülkeler ile rekabet etme düzeyine geldiği düşünülmektedir. Sağlığın teknoloji ile uyum içerisinde, her geçen gün daha çok geliştirildiği görülmektedir. Sağlık bilgi sistemleri, hem hastalar hem de sağlık çalışanları için, büyük kolaylıklar sağlamaktadır. İyi özelliklerinin yanı sıra, geliştirilmesi gereken yerlerinde olduğu görülmektedir. Daha kullanıcı dostu ve daha işlevsel sistemlerin geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir.

Abstract
The use of modern technology in hospital information systems is becoming increasingly important. When a patient is admitted to the hospital, a physician or nurse firstly needs data about the reasons for the patient's admission and the patient's history. In this sense, health information systems are extremely important. In this context, health information systems in Turkey were examined in this study. It is thougt that Turkey has reached the level of competing with developed countries in terms of health infotmation systems. It is seen that health is improving more and more every day in harmony with technology. Health information systems provide great convenience for both patients and healthcare professionals. In addition to its good features, it appears to be in sections that need improvement. It is recommended to develop more user-friendly and more functional systems.
