Abstract
Lojistik köyler, ülkelerin ekonomisinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Lojistik köyler ürün ve hizmetlerin taşınması ve dağıtılmasında optimizasyon sağlayarak hem üreticiye hem de tüketiciye avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devlet Demir Yolları (TCDD), Türkiye'nin sahip olduğu güçlü coğrafi konumunu göz önünde bulundurarak, Türkiye’nin dünyada bir lojistik merkez olmasını öngörmüş ve lojistik köylerin kurulması projesini başlatmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de lojistik köy projesinin hedeflerini, gelişimini, hayata geçirilen ve henüz proje aşamasında kalan merkezlerin durumları hakkında bilgi toplamayı amaçlanmıştır. Bu derleme çalışmasının teorik çerçevesinde lojistik ve lojistik köyler kavramları tartışılmış, pratik açıdan Türkiye'de lojistik faaliyetlerin mevcut durumu ve lojistik köylerin gelişimi ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıştır. Türkiye'de 25 adet lojistik köy kurulmasının planlandığı ve bunlardan 12 lojistik köyün tamamlandığı görülmektedir. Lojistik köyler kurulurken, dikkate alınan en önemli kıstaslar köylerin birden fazla ulaşım altyapısına sahip olması ve doğru yerde konumlandırılmasıdır. Türkiye'nin küresel bir lojistik merkez olma hedefine ulaşması için kuruluşu tamamlanmış olan lojistik köylerin eksiklikleri giderilmeli, gelişmeleri sağlanmalı; hâlâ proje ya da planlama aşamasında olan lojistik köylerin tamamlanmasına büyük önem verilmelidir.

Abstract
Logistic villages play an important role in the economy of the countries. Logistic villages provide advantages to both the producer and the consumer by optimizing the transportation and distribution of products and services. Considering Turkey's strong geographical location, Turkish State Railways (TCDD) envisaged Turkey to become a logistics center in the world and initiated the project of establishing logistics villages. This study aimed to gather information about the goals and development of the logistics village project in Turkey, and the status of the centers that have been implemented and are still in the project phase. In the theoretical framework of this review, the concepts of logistics and logistics villages are discussed. In the practical framework, the development of logistics activities and logistics villages in Turkey and these villages are discussed in detail. In this study, it is seen that it is planned to establish 25 logistics villages in Turkey and 12 of them have been completed. Many factors are taken into consideration while establishing these villages. The most important of these factors is that villages have more than one transportation infrastructure and are located in the right place. In order for Turkey to reach its goal of becoming a global logistics center, the logistics villages that have been completed should be given importance and efforts should be continuously improved, and great importance should be given to the completion of the logistics villages that are still in the project or planning phase.
