ORTAOKUL ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN ÇEVREYE YÖNELİK TUTUMLARININ ÇEŞİTLİ DEĞİŞKENLER AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ (GİRESUN İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract
Bu çalışmada ortaokul öğrencilerinin çevreye yönelik tutumlarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubunu 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Giresun ili merkez ilçede bulunan iki ortaokulda öğrenim gören 502 ortaokul öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Öğrencilerin sınıf düzeyleri incelendiğinde; 6. sınıfta 173, 7. sınıfta 164, 8. sınıfta 165 öğrenci bulunmaktadır. Cinsiyete göre ise; 242 erkek, 260 kız öğrenci olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Çevresel Tutum Ölçeği (ÇTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın genel amacı çerçevesinde toplanan verilerin gerekli istatistiksel çözümleri için, betimsel istatistik yöntemlerinden frekans ve aritmetik ortalama kullanılmış, bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki farklılıkların tespiti için ise bağımsız t-testi ve tek faktörlü ANOVA testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde, öğrencilerin sınıf düzeylerine ve cinsiyetlerine göre farklılıklarının olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to examine middle school students' attitudes towards the environment in terms of various variables. The study group consists of 502 middle school students studying in two secondary schools in the central district of Giresun in the 2016-2017 academic year. When the grade levels of the students are examined; there are 173 students in the 6th grade, 164 students in the 7th grade and 165 students in the 8th grade. According to gender; It was observed that there were 242 boys and 260 girls. Quantitative research method was used in the research. Environmental Attitude Scale (CTS) was used as data collection tool in the study. The data were analyzed in SPSS package program. For the necessary statistical solutions of the data collected within the framework of the general purpose of the study, among the descriptive statistical methods, frequency and arithmetic mean were used, and independent t-test and single factor ANOVA tests were used to determine the differences between independent variables. When the results were examined, it was determined that there were differences according to the grade levels and gender of the students.
