Abstract
Yapılan araştırma, Bu araştırma, ortaokul ve ortaöğretimde düzeyindeki okullarda okul güvenliği ile ilgili farklı demografik değişkenlere göre öğretmenlerin algı düzeylerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Tarama modelleri, geçmişte yapılan ya da halen mevcut olan bir durumu olduğu gibi betimlemeyi amaçlayan bir araştırma yaklaşımıdır. Okul güvenlik düzeyini ölçmek için Akan ve Zengin (2018) tarafından geliştirilen Okul Güvenlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Analiz aşamasında betimsel istatistiki yöntemlerden aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma hesaplamalarından yaralanıldığı gibi değişkenlere göre farklılık göstermek suretiyle çıkarımsal istatistiki yöntemlerden “Bağımsız Örneklemler t-Testi, “Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi” analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Diyarbakır’da resmi ortaokul ve liselerde çalışan öğretmenlerdir. Örneklem ise COVID-19 sebebiyle kolayda örnekleme yöntemi olarak belirlenmiş ve araştırmaya toplam 252 öğretmen dahil olmuştur. Araştırma sonucucuna göre; Öğretmenlerin algılarına göre okul güvenlik düzeyleri; durumsal alt boyutu "orta düzeyde katılıyorum" olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin farklı demografik değişlerine göre okul güvenliği ile ilgili algılarında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmedi. Öğretmenlerin algılarına göre okul güvenliği orta düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Buna göre Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, güvenli okullar oluşturulması amacıyla politikalar belirlemeli, standart ölçütler koymalı ve okulun güvenliğini her alanda koruyacak mekanizmaları hayata geçirmelidir

Abstract
This research aims to examine the perception levels of teachers according to different demographic variables related to school safety in secondary school and secondary school level schools. Descriptive survey model was used in the study. Screening models are a research approach that aims to describe a situation that has been done in the past or is still present as it is. Akan and Zengin (2018) used the School Security Scale developed by Akan and Zengin (2018) to measure the level of school security. In the analysis phase, descriptive statistical methods, arithmetic average and standard deviation calculations show yaralanild by inferential statistical methods due to variables such as independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA were used in the analyses. The universe of the research is teachers working in official secondary schools and high schools in Diyarbakir. The sample was determined as an easy sampling method due to COVID-19 and a total of 252 teachers were included in the study. According to the results of the research; school security levels according to the perceptions of teachers; it has been found that the situational sub-dimension is "moderately agree". There was no significant difference in the perceptions of teachers about school safety according to different demographic variables. According to the perceptions of the teachers, it has been determined that the school security is at a moderate level. Accordingly, the Ministry of National Education should establish policies, set standard criteria and implement mechanisms to protect the safety of the school in all areas in order to create safe schools
