Abstract
Değeler, ait oldukları toplumların devamın sağlayan, toplum içindeki insanları bir arada tutan yazılı olmayan kurallardır. Günümüzde iletişim ağının yaygınlaşması sonucunda toplumlar birbirlerinden daha fazla etkilenir hale gelmiştir. Bu noktada her toplum kendi öz değerlerine daha fazla sahip çıkmak durumundadır. Araştırmanın amacı Bartın Eğitim Fakültesi öğretmen adaylarının değer eğitimine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu genel amaç doğrultusunda aşağıdaki sorulara cevap aranmıştır:
- Öğretmen adaylarının değer öğretimi hakkındaki algıları cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermekte midir?
- Öğretmen adaylarının değer öğretimine ilişkin algıları öğrenim gördükleri bölümlere göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermekte midir?
- Öğretmen adaylarının değer öğretimine ilişkin genel algıları nasıldır?
Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Araştırmanın evrenini Bartın Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Eğitimi, Sosyal Bilgiler Eğitimi, Matematik ve Fen Bilimleri Eğitimi bölümündeki 4. sınıf öğretmen adayları oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi ise rastgele küme örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 103 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında 5’li likert tipi ölçme aracı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, bağımsız örneklemler t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Scheffe Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen adaylarının değer eğitimine ilişkin algılarının cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının değer eğitimine ilişkin görüşleri ile öğrenim gördükleri bölümler arasında ise anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Bu anlamlı farklılığın Sınıf ve Fen Bilimleri Eğitimi bölümü arasında, Sınıf Eğitimi lehine olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının değer öğretimine ilişkin genel algılarının ( =3,84) olumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Values are the unwritten rules that ensure the continuation of the societies they belong to and that hold the people in the society together. Today, as a result of the widespread communication network, societies have become more affected by each other. At this point, every society has to protect its own values more. The research goal is determine perceptions of Bartın Universiyt’s teacher candidates for value education. For this purpose, it is to answer the following sub-problems:
- Is there a significant difference by gender perceptions of teacher candidates for value education?
- Is there a significant difference by their learning science branchs perceptions of teacher candidates for value education?
- How is the public perceptions of teacher candidates for value education?
The research has made over 4rd class 103 teachers candidates in Bartın University Faculty of Education.
The research is in scanning model. The universe of the research consists of 4th grade teacher candidates in the Department of Primary Education, Social Studies Education, Mathematics and Science Education at the Faculty of Education of Bartın University. The sample consists of 103 people selected by random cluster sampling method. A five-point Likert scale was used to collect the data. In the analysis of the data, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe Test were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that the perceptions of teacher candidates about values education did not show a significant difference according to gender. A significant difference was found between the views of teacher candidates on values education and the departments they studied. It was determined that this significant difference was in favor of Primary Education between the Primary and Science Education departments. It has been determined that the general perceptions ( =3,84) of teacher candidates about value teaching are positive.
