Abstract
2019’da yayımlanan ve 2019- 2020 eğitim- öğretim yılından itibaren 10. sınıflarda felsefe derslerinde okutulan ders kitabının değerler açısından incelendiği bu çalışma için 22 değer listelenmiştir. Listelenen değerlerden 10’u Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın öğretim programlarında ‘kök değerler’ olarak nitelendirilmektedir. Tüm öğretim programlarında olduğu gibi felsefe ders program çerçevesinde de öğrencilerin, milli, manevi, ahlaki, kültürel ve evrensel değerleri anlamaları hedeflenmiş ve öğretim programında ‘Adalet’, ‘Dostluk’, ‘Dürüstlük’, ‘Özdenetim’, ‘Sabır’, ‘Saygı’, ‘Sevgi’, ‘Sorumluluk’, Vatanseverlik’ ve ‘Yardımseverlik’ kök değerler olarak tanımlanmıştır. Listede sıralanan diğer 12 değerin ise kök değerlerle ilişkili olduğu düşünülmektedir. Listede yer verilen diğer değerler; ‘Estetik’, ‘Yardımlaşma’, ‘Arkadaşlık’, ‘Temizlik’, ‘Bilgelik, ‘Özgürlük’, ‘Çalışkanlık’, ‘Aile’, ‘Hoşgörü’, Alçakgönüllük’, ‘Dayanışma’ ve ‘Misafirperverlik’tir. Değerlendirme sonunda listede sıralanan değerlerden 8’ine hiç yer verilmediği görülmüştür. Diğer değerlere ise farklı sayılarla olsa da yer verildiği anlaşılmıştır. Sayıca en fazla yer verilen değerin ise ‘Bilgelik’ olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ortaya çıkan bu sonuç, felsefenin de özüne uygun bir durumdur. Bir tür bilgi olan felsefe, doğası gereği bilgi ve bilgeliğe önem veren zihinsel bir etkinliktir. Çalışmanın sonunda ayrıca felsefe ders kitabında milli değerlere yeteri kadar vurgu yapılmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ders programında öğrencilerin milli değerleri anlamalarının hedeflendiği göz önünde bulundurulduğunda ders kitabıyla bu hedefe ulaşılmasının zor olduğu ifade edilebilir. İnceleme sürecinde ‘Vatanseverlik’ değerine yalnızca bir defa vurgu yapıldığının ortaya çıkması bu iddiayı doğrulamaktadır.

Abstract
For the current study where the course book published in 2019 and having been taught in the philosophy course of 10th grade from the academic year of 2019-2020 onwards was investigated, 22 values were listed. Of these values listed, 10 values are regarded as “root values” in the curriculum of the Ministry of Education. As in all other curricula, the main idea in the philosophy curriculum is that students can understand national, spiritual, moral, cultural and universal values, and the values of ‘Justice’, ‘Friendship’, ‘Honesty’, ‘Self-Control’, ‘Patience’, ‘Respect’, ‘Responsibility’, ‘Patriotism’ and ‘Helpfulness’ were defined as root values. The other 12 values given in the list are thought to be related to root values. The other values given in the list are as follows: ‘Aesthetic’, ‘Cooperation’, ‘Fellowship’, ‘Cleanliness’, ‘Wisdom’, ‘Freedom’, ‘Industriousness’, ‘Family’, ‘Tolerance’, ‘Modesty’, ‘Solidarity’, and ‘Hospitality’. At the end of the study, iGt was found that 8 values included in the list were not given any place. Other values were given places even if they were in different numbers. It was found that the value given a place the most was ‘Wisdom’. This result is a case suitable for the essence of philosophy. Being a kind of knowledge, philosophy is a mental activity putting a premium on knowledge and wisdom in line with its nature. At the end of the current study, it was found that national values were not given enough emphasis in the philosophy course book. Based on the idea of the curriculum that students are expected to perceive national values, it is likely to say that it hard to reach this objective with the course book. Determining the fact that the value of ‘Patriotism’ was mentioned only once in the investigation process verifies this claim.
