Abstract
Moda, snobizm ve kişisel tercihlerden ötürü turizm trendi her yıl farklılık göstermektedir. Turizmden daha fazla pay almak isteyen ülkeler ve turizmciler ise değişen turizm trendini takip ederek turist sayısını artırarak daha fazla turizm gelir elde etmektedirler. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı 2022 yılında trend olarak görülen ve turistlerin sıkça tercih ettiği destinasyonları Tripadvisor verileri doğrultusunda tespit etmektir. Turizm ürünlerini inceleme ve satın alma sürecinde önemli bir veri kaynağı olan Tripadvisor’un Yükselişteki Destinasyonlar sekmesi altında sunduğu veriler ışığında, Amerika Birleşik Devletlerinden dört destinasyonun yükselişte olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ülkemiz açısından bakıldığında listede sadece Göreme’nin yer aldığı görülmektedir. Aktiviteler açısından incelendiğinde ise “Deniz/ Su Tabanlı Turizm” ile “Doğa Tabanlı Turizm”in ön planda olduğu görülmektedir. Jet/bot kiralama, doğa turu, kültür turu ve gastronomi turu farklı segmentlerde en fazla tercih edilen turizm aktivitesi olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda deniz-kum-güneş üçlüsünün geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de önemini koruduğu görülürken alternatif turizm kapsamında doğa ve yemek unsurlarının ön planda olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ışığında küresel anlamda turizm planlaması yapılırken ülke bazından işletme bazına kadar tüm turizm planlamasında söz konusu alternatif turizm çeşitlerinin çerçevesinde şekillendirilmesi önerilmektedir. Özellikle küresel anlamda yapılan reklam ve tanıtım çalışmalarında sosyal medya ve turizm planlamasında kaynak veri kaynağı olan -Tripadvisor gibi- internet sitelerinde yer almaya yönelik plan ve politikalar geliştirilmelidir.

Abstract
Tourism trend varies each year due to fashion, snobbism, and personal preferences. Desiring to receive a larger share of tourism, countries and tourism professionals follow the varying tourism trend and generate higher tourism revenue by increasing the number of tourists. In this regard, the aim of this study was to determine the destinations regarded as trends and frequently preferred by tourists in the year 2022 through Tripadvisor data. It was concluded that four destinations from the United States of America are on the rise in light of data provided under the tab titled Destinations on the Rise by Tripadvisor, which is an important data source in the process of reviewing and purchasing tourism products. It was observed in terms of our country that only Goreme is on the list. It was also observed that "Sea/Water-Based Tourism" and "Nature-Based Tourism" are in the leading position in terms of activities. The most preferred tourism activities were determined as jet/boat renting, nature tours, culture tours, and gastronomy tours in different segments. In this regard, it was concluded that the sea-sand-sun trio maintains its importance as in the past, while elements of nature and cuisine are at the forefront as part of alternative tourism. It is recommended in light of the data obtained that the whole tourism planning is shaped around the frame of aforementioned alternative tourism types from the country basis to the business basis. Plans and policies should be developed toward ranking among the websites acting as data sources such as Tripadvisor in social media and tourism planning, particularly in terms of global advertising and promotional operations.
