Abstract
Toplumların gelişip kalkınmasında eğitim sisteminin en önemli unsuru olan okullar önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bir toplumun varlığını sürdürmesi ve gelişmesinde en önemli kaynak amaçlarına uygun olarak yetiştirdiği insanlardır. Eğitimin hedefi insan davranışlarında oluşması beklenilen değişmeler veya davranışlar olarak belirlenir. Bireylerin davranışlarında meydana gelen bu değişmelerin tüm toplumu etkilemesi kaçınılmazdır.
Çocuklara ilk yıllarda yapılacak eğitimin niteliği, gelecekteki başarıları, okula, derslere ve kendilerine karşı tutumları üstünde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu durumda, okulöncesi ve İlkokul döneminde çocukla etkileşimde bulunan kişilerin, özellikle de öğretmenlerin çocukların geleceğini biçimlendirmede, sağlıklı bir kişilik kazanmalarında büyük rolü olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. In this case, it is possible to say that the people who interact with the child during the preschool and primary school periods, especially the teachers, have a great role in shaping the future of the children and gaining a healthy personality. The teacher can accelerate the development of children with a rich and appropriate environment, or they can also limit and hinder their development by preparing unsuitable environments. In addition, the primary school teacher for the child is even more prominent than his parents. Whatever "he" says is true: whatever he does is good, beautiful. The primary school teacher, who is so exalted in the eyes of the child, is one of the people he modeled the most. For this reason, a primary school teacher is the person who plays a major role in helping the child develop a healthy personality or having a negative personality with his exemplary behaviors in the educational environment.
