Sınıf Yönetimi ve Öğretmen Tutumlarının Değerler Olgusu Üzerinden Öğrenci Üzerindeki Ruh Sağlığı Etkilerini İnceleme

Abstract
Bu çalışma, öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimiyle ilgili tutumlarının ve etkili bir öğretmende bulunması gereken özelliklerinin ele alınmasıyla birlikte; değer olgusuna ışık tutarak öğrencilerin akademik ve ruhsal etkenler üstündeki tesirlerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu derleme çalışmasında 1976-2018 yılları arasında sınıf yönetimi, öğretmen tutumları, değerler olgusu ve öğrenci ruh sağlığı konulu basılı ve elektronik olarak yayımlanan araştırmalar incelenmiştir. Verilerin büyük bir kısmını öğretmenlerle öğrencilerle yapılan çalışmalar oluşturmaktadır. Bir öğretmenin rolünü, yalnızca sınıfta öğrencileriyle gerçekleştirdiği eğitimle öğretim faaliyetiyle sınırlandırmamalıdır. Çocukların gelişim sürecindeki davranışlarını gözlemlemenin en doğru yeri de sınıflardır. Öğretmenlerin, çocukların davranışlarını değiştirme hedefinde, onların psikolojilerini de dikkate almaları gerektiğinden de bahsedilmesi araştırmanın önemli bir yönüdür. Toplumu teşkil eden fertler, davranışların doğru, iyi ve haklı olduğunu anlayabilmek üzere kimi değerlere gereksinim hissetmektedir. Toplumu oluşturan fertlerin eğitim, davranış ve değer sistemlerinin mimarı olan öğretmenlerin bulundukları konumla ilgili olarak sahip oldukları değerler, yaşamlarına dokunan öğrencilerin zihinsel, duyuşsal ve ruhsal açıdan gelişimlerini ciddi şekilde etkileyen oldukça önemli bir unsurdur.

Abstract
This study, together with the attitudes towards collective classroom management and the parts that an effective teacher should have; to shed light on the phenomenon of value and to hide the effects of students on their academic and spiritual assets. This educational work is published and electronically released between 1976-2018 on classroom management, teacher attitudes, the phenomenon of values and student mental health. A large part of the data consists of the activities carried out with the instructor and the students. A teacher's duty should not be limited to classroom training and executive education activities only. The best place to observe the experiences of children in the development process is in the classrooms. It is an important aspect of the concentration of teachers to consider their psychology in order to change the knowledge of young people and to mention their country. The individuals who make up the society feel that they have certain values in order to understand that the data is correct, good and just. The values that the members of the society adopt regarding the position they live in, which are the architects of education, behavior and value values, are not something that seriously embodies the spiritual, affective and spiritual development developments that touch their lives.
