Abstract
Türkiye, eğitimde; ekonomik ve teknolojik olarak gelişmiş ülkelerin arasına girmek için çaba sarfetmektedir. Avrupa Birliğine girme yolunda olan ülkemiz, eğitim alanında da yapacağı reformlarla birliği uyum süreci içinde üstüne düşen sorumlulukları yapmak için uğraş vermektedir. Ülkemizin, eğitim alanındaki sürecine katkı sunma adına yapılan bu araştırmada; Fransa, İngiltere ve ABD’nin temel eğitim sistemeleri incelenmiş ve eğitim sistemimizle kıyaslamaları yapılmıştır. Alanyazı taraması modeliyle yapılan bu araştırma sonuncunda; Fransa’da eğitim sistemi 4 temel ilke üzerinde kurulduğu, okulöncesi eğitimin en yaygın verilen ülkesi konumunda olduğu, eğitim sisteminin 5+4+3 şeklinde yapılandırıldığı, meslek liselerinin ise 2 yıl eğitim verdiği ve süreç sonunda mesleki alan diploması verdikleri, İngiltere’de eğitim sisteminin 4 kademeli bir yapıda olduğu, zorunlu eğitimin 11 yıl olduğu, okullardaki eğitimin 3 dönem olarak planlandığı, eğitim sisteminin 6+3+3 şeklinde yapılandırıldığı, meslek liselerinde eğitimlerin, 3 ay ile 2 yıl arasında sürdüğü, mezunlarına mesleki sertifika verdikleri, ABD eğitim sisteminde; zorunlu eğitimin 12 yıl ve ücretsiz olduğu, eğitim kademelerinin, 6+6-8+4-6+3+3-4+4+4 şeklinde 4 farklı biçimde yapılandırıldığı, eğitim müfredatının eyalet ve şehirlerde farklılık gösterdiği , 6-8 yıl arasında değişen bir ilköğretim süreci ile 4-6 yıl arasında süren bir ortaöğretim sürecinin bulunduğu, mesleki eğitimlerde sürenin 2 yıl olduğu, mezunlarının iş bulmaları konusunda ülke olanaklarının arttırıldığı görülmüştür. Türk eğitim sisteminde ise; eğitim kademelerinin okulöncesi, ilköğretim, ortaöğretim ve yükseköğretim olarak planlandığı, 12 yıllık zorunlu bir eğitimin olduğu, 4+4+4 eğitim modelinin bulunduğu, genel ortaokul ve liselerin yanında din öğretimi yapan ortaokul ve liselerin de olduğu, meslek liselerinde eğitimin 4 yıl sürdüğü, ortaokullardan liselere geçişte öğrencilerin sınava tabi tutulduğu, lise mezunlarına diploma verildiği, eğitim içindeki tüm okul ve kurumların Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı olduğu ve bu bakanlık tarafından denetlendiği görülmüştür.

Türkiye in education; strives to be among the economically and technologically advanced countries. Our country, which is on the way to enter the European Union, is trying to fulfill its responsibilities in the process of harmonization with the reforms to be made in the field of education. In this research, which was carried out in order to contribute to the process of our country in the field of education; The basic education systems of France, England and the USA were examined and compared with our education system. As a result of this research conducted with the literature review model; In France, the education system is based on 4 basic principles, the country where pre-school education is most widely given, the education system is structured as 5+4+3, vocational high schools provide 2 years of education and give vocational field diplomas at the end of the process, the education system in England In the US education system, it has a 4-stage structure, compulsory education is 11 years, the education in schools is planned as 3 terms, the education system is structured as 6 + 3 + 3, the education in vocational high schools lasts between 3 months and 2 years, the graduates are given vocational certificates; It has been determined that compulsory education is 12 years and free, education levels are structured in 4 different ways as 6+6-8+4-6+3+3-4+4+4, education curriculum differs in provinces and cities. It has been observed that there is a secondary education process that lasts between 4-6 years with a primary education process, the duration of vocational education is 2 years, and the country's opportunities for graduates to find a job have been increased. In the Turkish education system; Educational levels are planned as pre-school, primary, secondary and higher education, there is a 12-year compulsory education, there is a 4+4+4 education model, there are secondary schools and high schools that provide religious education as well as general secondary schools and high schools, vocational high schools take 4 years. It has been seen that students are subjected to exams in the transition to high schools, diplomas are given to high school graduates, all schools and institutions in education are affiliated with and supervised by the Ministry of National Education.
