Abstract
Araştırmamızın amacı, ilk ve ortaokullarda teknoloji kullanımına ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüş ve önerilerini almaktır. Bu amaçla Samsun ilinin merkez 4 ilçesinde ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlere yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları uygulanak görüş ve önerileri alınmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışmasının kullanıldığı araştırmamıza seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen 57 öğretmen katılmıştır.
Araştırmamıza katılan öğretmenler genel olarak eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının yararlarından bahsetmiştir. Teknoloji kullanımıyla öğrencilerin daha kolay ve kalıcı öğrendiği, teknoloji kullanımının görselleştirme imkanı sağladığı ve özellikle covid döneminde teknolojinin eğitim-öğretimin devamını sağladığı öğretmenlerin genel olarak katıldığı görüşlerdir. Teknoloji kullanımına şüpheyle yaklaşan öğretmenler, teknoloji kullanımının öğrencilerin asosyalleşmesini arttırdığını söylemişlerdir. Bazı öğretmenler ise teknoloji kullanımının öğrencileri tembelleştirip kolaya alıştırdığı ve sakıncalı içeriklere öğrencilerin teknolojiyi kullanarak erişebildiklerini söylemeleri dikkate değer bir eleştiridir.
Araştırmamıza katılan ilk ve ortaokul öğretmenlerine göre; eğitimde teknoloji kullanımı ve teknoloji alt yapısı arttırılmalı, öğretmenler bu konuda eğitimlere alınmalı ama teknolojinin kullanımı sınırlı ve öğretmen veya aile kontrolünde olmadır. Ayrıca zararlı içeriklere öğrencinin ulaşması engellenmelidir

Abstract
The aim of our research is to get the opinions and suggestions of teachers regarding the use of technology in primary and secondary schools. For this purpose, the opinions and suggestions of teachers working in primary and secondary schools in 4 central districts of Samsun province were obtained through semi-structured interview forms. In our research, in which case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used, 57 teachers who were determined by random sampling method participated.
The teachers participating in our research generally mentioned the benefits of using technology in education. Teachers generally agreed that students learn more easily and permanently with the use of technology, that the use of technology provides visualization, and that technology ensures the continuation of education, especially during the covid period. Teachers who were skeptical about the use of technology said that the use of technology increased the asocialization of students. Some teachers said that the use of technology makes students lazy and accustomed to ease and that students can access objectionable content using technology, which is a noteworthy criticism.
According to the primary and secondary school teachers who participated in our research; the use of technology in education and technology infrastructure should be increased, teachers should be trained on this subject, but the use of technology should be limited and under the control of teachers or parents. In addition, students should be prevented from accessing harmful content.
