Abstract
Teknolojinin hızlı ilerlemesi ve covid-19 pandemisiyle birlikte eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının önemi anlaşılmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak teknolojinin eğitimde kullanımı artmıştır. Eğitim bilişim ağı da özellikle uzaktan eğitim sürecinde eğitim-öğretim süreçlerini devamını sağlamak gibi bir misyonu üstlenmiştir.
Araştırmamız ilkokul öğretmenlerinin eğitim bilişim ağı hakkındaki görüşlerini alarak eğitim bilişim ağının daha yararlı bir hale gelmesi için ilkokul öğretmenlerinden öneri almak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseninin tercih edildiği araştırmada sonuçlar betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Samsun ilinde görev yapan 29 öğretmene uzman görüşünden yararlanarak hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları uygulanmış olup katılımcı öğretmenlerin de isteği ile isimleri ÖĞ1, ÖĞ2 şeklinde kodlanarak verilmiştir.
Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında; öğretmenlerin genel olarak eğitim bilişim ağından memnun oldukları ve yoğun olarak kullandıkları görülmüştür. Eğitim bilişim ağının öğretmenlere planlamada kolaylık ve zamanda tasarruf sağlarken öğrencilerin eğlenceli bir öğrenme ortamında zengin içeriklerle eğitim-öğretim süreçlerine katılmalarını sağladığı çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin görüşlerinden anlaşılmaktadır.
Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenler eğitim bilişim ağının kullanılmasında karşılaştıkları en önemli sorunların alt yapıya ilişkin olduğunu söylemektedir. Sık yaşanılan ve hızlı tamiri yapılmayan internet ve akıllı tahta arızaları, sınıfların fiziksel olarak akıllı tahta kullanımına uygun olmaması gibi problemler çoğunlukla ifade edilen sorunlar olarak görülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin bu sorunların çözüm olarak alt yapıya daha fazla yatırım yapılmasını ve akıllı tahtada kullanılan yerli yazılımın geliştirilmesini önerdikleri görülmektedir.

Abstract
With the rapid advancement of technology and the covid-19 pandemic, the importance of using technology in education has been understood. Accordingly, the use of technology in education has increased. The educational information network has also undertaken a mission to ensure the continuation of education and training processes, especially in the distance education process.
Our research was conducted to get primary school teachers' opinions about the educational information network and to get suggestions from primary school teachers to make the educational information network more useful. The results of the research, in which the phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was preferred, were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Semi-structured interview forms prepared by utilizing expert opinion were applied to 29 teachers working in Samsun province and their names were coded as T1, T2 with the request of the participant teachers.
The results of the study showed that teachers were generally satisfied with the educational information network and used it intensively. It is understood from the opinions of the teachers participating in the study that the educational information network provides teachers with convenience in planning and time saving, while enabling students to participate in education and training processes with rich content in a fun learning environment.
The teachers who participated in the study say that the most important problems they face in the use of the educational information network are related to infrastructure. Problems such as frequent internet and smart board malfunctions that are not repaired quickly, and the fact that the classrooms are not physically suitable for smart board use are seen as the most frequently mentioned problems. It is seen that teachers suggest more investment in infrastructure and the development of local software used in smart boards as solutions to these problems
