Abstract
Roma dönemine ait olmayı simgeleyen bir terim olan gotik, 16. yüzyıla dek ortaçağ Avrupa’sında gelişen mimari tarzın ismi olmuştur. Moda da ise, 70’li yılların sonu 80’li yılların başlarında punk akımının etkisinin azalmaya başladığı dönemlerde popülütesini kazanmıştır. Gotik moda, orta çağın karmaşık, karanlık ve gizemli yönlerinin tasarımlarda hayat bulduğu bir giyim tarzıdır. Genelde gotik moda, metal tarz giyim ile karıştırılsa da gotik tarz daha romantik ve gizemli çizgilerden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da, gotik moda algısına dayalı olarak moda ürün koleksiyonu oluşturma amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma giysi koleksiyon oluşum süreçlerinin izlendiği eylem araştırması türünde bir çalışmadır. Yapılan tasarımların gotik tarz giyinmeyi sevenlere estetik bir bakış açısı kazandıracağı, araştırmacılara ise bir sanat akımı etkisiyle tasarlanan bir giysinin oluşum süreçleri hakkında bilgi vereceği düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
Gothic, a term symbolizing Roman times, was the name of the architectural style that developed in medieval Europe until the 16th century. In fashion incase, in the late 70s and early 80s, the effect of the punk movement began to diminish in period has gained its popularity. Gothic fashion is a clothing style in which complex, dark and mysterious aspects of the Middle Ages come to life in designs. In general, gothic fashion is mixed with metal-style clothing, but gothic style is comprise of more romantic and mysterious lines. In this study, it is aimed to create a fashion product collection based on the perception of gothic fashion. The study is an action research type in which clothing collection formation processes are followed. It is thought that the designs will give an aesthetic point of view to those who love gothic style dressing, and will give researchers information about the formation processes of a garment designed under the influence of an art movement.
