Abstract
Evrensel ekonomik kalkınma ve büyümede var olan kaynakların etkin ve verimli kullanılması çok önemlidir. Ancak ülkeler de nüfusun neredeyse yarısından fazlası olan kadınların oluşturduğu iş gücü, gerek istihdam yoksunluğundan gerek ise olumsuz çevre faktörlerinden dolayı göz ardı edilmektedir. Dünya genelinde olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de kadınların oluşturduğu bu potansiyeli yüksek iş gücünü, ekonomiye katmak için birçok çalışma yapılmaktadır. KOSGEB ülkemizde bu alanda çalışmalar yapan önemli kurumlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada Niğde ilinde KOSGEB destekli kadın girişimciler ile çalışma koşulları, girişimleri süresince yaşadıkları olumsuzluklar, verilen desteklerin yeterlilik oranı araştırılmıştır. Girişimcilerle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmış ve anket formu uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak verilen eğitim ve desteklerin yetersiz olduğu, iş kurarken sermaye temininde çok zorlandıkları ve kadın girişimcilerin hem işte hem de evde çalışmak zorunda kalmalarından dolayı zorlandıkları saptanmıştır.

Abstract
EEfficient using of existing resources is very important on the development and growth of universal economic. However, the workforce that is formed by women is ignored because of both the lack of employment and negative environmental factors on more than half of the population in the countries. In Turkey, many studies are being done for adding the female workforce in the economy as well as in the overall World. KOSGEB is one of the important foundations that studies on these fields. On this essay, working conditions with women entrepreneurs supported by KOSGEB, the negatives during their attempts, and adequacy ratio of the provided supports were researched in the Niğde. Face-to-face interviews were held and questionnaire was applied for entrepreneurs. As a result, it has been determined that training and support provided is insufficient, obtaining capita while starting a business and women entrepreneurs have difficulties because they have to work both at work and at home.
