İLKÖĞRETİM OKUL MÜDÜRLERİNİN VİZYONER LİDERLİK ÖZELLİKLERİNE SAHİP OLMA YETERLİLİKLERİ (AKSARAY İLİ ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı ilköğretim okul müdürlerinin vizyoner liderlik özelliklerine sahip olma yeterliliklerinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın yöntemi, betimsel taramadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Aksaray iline bağlı resmi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 367 öğretmen ve yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında evrenin tümüne ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Okul yöneticilerinin vizyoner liderliği ile ilgili öğretmen ve yöneticilerin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla 30 adet önerme verilmiştir. Anketteki önermelerin analizinde, Rensis LİKERT tarafından geliştirilmiş Likert Ölçeğinin dörtlü derecelendirme formu tercih edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans, ortalaması ve standart sapması hesaplanmıştır ve toplanan veriler üzerinde bağımsız gruplar için t testi, farklılaşmayı ortaya koymak için de tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve anlamlı farklılık çıkan maddelerde Scheffe testi ile yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, kadın öğretmenlerin vizyona katılmada erkek meslektaşlarına göre daha gayretli oldukları sonucuna ulaşmıştır. 40-44 yaş grubu öğretmenler, okul yöneticilerinin vizyoner liderlik davranışlarını gösterme düzeylerini diğer yaş grubu öğretmenlere göre daha olumsuz algılamakta ve 50 yaş grubu öğretmenler daha olumlu algılamaktadır sonucuna varmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin okul vizyonunun tüm çalışanlar tarafından benimsendiği algılarının branş öğretmenlerine oranla daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the qualifications of primary school principals to have visionary leadership qualities. The method of research is a descriptive scan. The universe of the research is composed of 367 teachers and administrators working in the official educational institutions of the province of Aksaray. The gathering of the data has attempted to reach the whole of the universe. In order to determine the opinions of the teachers and administrators about the visionary leadership of the school administrators, 30 proposals were given. In the analysis of the proposals in the questionnaire, the quartile rating form of the Likert Scale developed by Rensis LIKERT was preferred. In the analysis of the data, frequency, averages and standard deviations were calculated and t test was used for independent groups on collected data, one way variance analysis (ANOVA) was used for revealing differentiation and Scheffe test was used for significant differences. Research findings show that female teachers are more diligent in participating in the vision than male colleagues. Teachers, aged 40-44, perceived the level of school administrators' visual leadership behaviors more negative than the teachers of other age groups, and teachers of the age group of 50 perceived more positively. It has been found that the perceptions of classroom teachers adopted by the vision of school school by all employees are higher than those of branch teachers.
