Abstract
Bu araştırmada okul yöneticilerinin eğitim projelerinin hazırlanması süreçlerine ilişkin görüşleri, karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri incelenmiştir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yönteminde olgu bilim deseninde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Erzincan il merkezinde bulunan 5 ilkokul, 5 ortaokul, 5 lisede görev yapan okul yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Verilerin analizi yapılırken yöneticilerin görüşlerinde değişiklik yapılmadan araştırma sonuçlarına yansıtılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, okul yöneticilerinin %33 (f =5) öğretmenlerin proje hazırlama sürecini angarya olarak gördüğünü belirtmiştir. Okul yöneticilerinin %80(f=12) öğretmenlerinin proje fikrinin belirlenmesinde güçlük yaşadığını bunun sebebinin de proje yazma süreçleri hakkındaki teknik bilgi eksiklikleri olarak gördüklerini belirtmişlerdir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bir başka sonuca göre projelerin öğrencilerde sorumluluk duygusunun gelişimi, ifade yeteneği ve 21. Yüzyıl becerilerinin gelişimi konusu etkili olan proje hazırlama süreçlerinin kalite ve niteliğinin arttırılabilmesi için okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin Proje Döngüsü Yönetimi konusunda bilinçlendirilmeleri gerekmektedir. Mevcut eğitim fakülteleri programlarına proje döngüsü yönetimi süreçlerine ilişkin dersler eklenmesi çalışma sonucunda sunulmuş önerilerdendir.

Abstract
In this study, the views of school principals about the process of preparing educational projects, the problems they faced, and their solution suggestions were examined. The research is designed in the qualitative research method in a phenomenology pattern. The study group of the research2 consists of school principals working in 5 primary schools, 5 secondary schools, and 5 high schools in Erzincan city center. The data of the study were obtained through a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. The obtained data were subjected to content analysis. While analyzing the data, it was reflected in the results of the research without making changes in the views of the principals. According to the results obtained from the study, 33% (f = 5) of the school principals stated that the teachers' project preparation process was a chore. 80% of school principals (f = 12) stated that their teachers had difficulty in determining the project idea and that they saw the lack of technical knowledge about the project writing processes. According to another result obtained from the research, school principals and teachers should be made aware of Project Cycle Management to increase the quality of project preparation processes, which are effective in the development of a sense of responsibility, expression ability, and 21st-century skills development in students. Adding courses on project cycle management processes to the present curriculum of Faculty of Education is one of the suggestions made in the study.
