Abstract
Yapılan araştırmanın amacı, Spor Liseleri ve Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinde görev yapan okul müdürlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin bazı değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye genelinde Spor Liseleri ve Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinde görev yapan okul müdürleri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubunu ise 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında Spor Liseleri ve Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinde görev yapan 48 (kırk sekiz) Spor Lisesi ve 43 (kırk üç) Güzel Sanatlar Lisesinde görev yapan okul müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Spor Liseleri ve Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinde görev yapan okul müdürlerinin mesleki tükenmişlik durumlarının incelenmesi amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulmuş “Kişisel Bilgiler Formu” ve “Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri” kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların demografik bilgilerine göre mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerini tespit etmek için non-parametrik testler olan Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis H testleri kullanılmıştır. Spor Liseleri ve Güzel Sanatlar Liseleri okul müdürlerinin cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, okul türü, mesleki deneyim, çalıştığı okulda görev süresi değişkenleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilememiştir.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine whether the burnout levels of school principals working in Sports High Schools and Fine Arts High Schools differ according to some variables. The universe of the research consists of school principals working in Sports High Schools and Fine Arts High Schools throughout Turkey. The sample group consists of 48 (forty-eight) Sports High Schools and 43 (forty-three) Fine Arts High School school principals working in Sports High Schools and Fine Arts High Schools in the 2019-2020 academic year. "Personal Information Form" and "Maslach Burnout Inventory", which were created by the researchers, were used to examine the professional burnout status of school principals of Sports High Schools and Fine Arts High Schools. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H tests, which are non-parametric tests, were used to determine the occupational burnout levels according to the demographic information of the participants. No significant differences could be found between the variables of gender, age, education level, school type, professional experience, and tenure at the school where the head of the Sports High Schools and Fine Arts High Schools work.
