Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de ilkokul düzeyinde öğretim liderliği konusunda yazılmış lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesidir. Araştırma evrenini, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Yayın ve Dokümantasyon Daire Başkanlığının web sitesinde yer alan 2001-2021 yılları arasında Türkiye’de öğretim liderliği konusunda yazılmış ve erişime açık olan izinli 87 adet lisansüstü tez oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada ölçüt örnekleme yöntemine göre örneklem seçimi yapılmıştır. Bunun için ilk olarak ulaşılan 87 adet tez örneklem grubuna göre ayrıştırılmış ve sadece ilkokul düzeyinde yürütülen 14 adet tez bu çalışmanın örneklem grubunu oluşturmuştur. Türkiye’de ilkokul düzeyinde öğretim liderliği konusunda yazılmış lisansüstü tezlerin yayınlandığı yılı, üniversitesi, enstitüsü, anabilim dalı, araştırmanın deseni, araştırmanın örneklem grubunun büyüklüğü ve türü, verilerin toplandığı bölge, araştırmacı ve danışmanın cinsiyeti ve unvanı açısından incelenmesini amaçlayan bu araştırmada yöntem olarak doküman inceleme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular yüzde ve frekanslara dayalı olarak analiz edilmiştir.
Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; yazılan 14 tezin yüksek lisans düzeyinde olduğu, doktora düzeyinde hiç çalışma yapılmadığı, yürütülen tez çalışmalarının en fazla 2019 yılında yapıldığı, tezlerde kullanılan yöntem olarak tamamında nicel yöntem seçildiği, tezlerin enstitülere göre dağılımları incelendiğinde en fazla tezin Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsünde yapıldığı, tezlerin büyük çoğunluğuna Doktor Öğretim Üyesi unvanında bulanan öğretim üyelerinin danışmanlık yaptığı, tezlerde örneklem grubu türü olarak en fazla öğretmenlerin seçildiği, Akdeniz ve Karadeniz bölgelerinde bulunan üniversitelerde bu konu ile ilgili hiç çalışma yapılmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the postgraduate theses on teaching leadership at primary school level in Turkey. The research population consists of 87 postgraduate theses on the subject of teaching leadership in Turkey between the years 2001-2021, which are available on the website of the Higher Education Council Publication and Documentation Department. In the study, sample selection was made according to the criterion sampling method. For this purpose, 87 theses, which were reached first, were separated according to the sample group and 14 theses, which were carried out only at primary school level, formed the sample group of this study. In this research, which aims to examine the postgraduate theses written on teaching leadership at primary school level in Turkey in terms of the year of publication, university, institute, department, research design, size and type of the sample group of the research, the region where the data were collected, the gender and title of the researcher and consultant, document analysis was used as a method. technique has been used. The findings obtained in the study were analyzed based on percentages and frequencies.
According to the results of the research; The 14 theses written were at the master's level, there were no studies at the doctoral level, the most thesis studies were conducted in 2019, the quantitative method was chosen as the method used in all the theses, when the distribution of the theses according to the institutes is examined, it is seen that the most theses were made in the Institute of Educational Sciences, and the majority of the theses were Doctorate Education. It has been concluded that the faculty members who have the title of "member" provide consultancy, that the most teachers are selected as the sample group in the theses, and that no studies have been conducted on this subject in universities in the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions.
