Abstract
Eğitim, öğrenilen değerleri korumak, geçmişi öğrenmek ve geleceğe hazırlanmak amacıyla gereksinim duyulan bir kurum olduğundan ülkelerin eğitim sistemlerini bu gereksinimleri karşılayabilecek biçimde planlaması ve yönetmesi gerekmektedir. Küreselleşme eğilimi eğitim sistemini etkileyen en önemli faktörlerden biridir. Küreselleşmekte olan dünyada eğitim, bilgiyi bilmeyi, sürekli öğrenmeyi, bilgili olmayı, bilgiyi üretmeyi ve bilgiyle yaşamayı sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca küreselleşme, toplumların ekonomide olduğu gibi eğitim alanında da bir araya gelmesini, birbirlerinin tecrübelerinde faydalanmalarını ve ortak projeler üretmelerini zorunlu kılan bir faktör niteliği taşımaktadır. Küreselleşmenin eğitim üzerindeki etkisi düşünüldüğünde eğitim politikasının, planlamasının, yönetiminin ve ekonomisinin söz konusu durumdan etkilendiği görülmektedir. Çünkü küreselleşme ile beraber ülkeler kültürel ve siyasi politikalarında birtakım değişiklikler yapmak isterler. Bu tarz değişimlere uyum sağlayabilen kişiler eğitim kurumlarında yetişeceğinden, eğitim sistemlerinde de bazı değişiklikler yapılmalıdır. Eğitim yönetiminin değişen bağlamını oluşturan güçler ve eğilimler, eğitim ve okul liderliğinden tarihte bugüne dek olmadığından daha fazla istekte bulunmakta, onlara hayli zor görev ve sorumluluklar yüklemektedir. Zira bu eğilim ve güçler öğrenci performans beklentilerini yükseltmekte, okul liderliği ile ilgili vizyonu etkilemektedir. Geleceğin toplum biçimi, eğitim sistemlerinin yetiştireceği insan tipine göre şekillenecektir. Toplumlar, eğitim sistemini küreselleşme sürecine uyarlamak ve küreselleşmekte olan dünyanın evrensel değerlerine uygun bir eğitim vermek için çaba sarf etmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada da küreselleşmenin ulusal ve uluslararası alanda eğitim yönetimine nasıl yansıdığı değerlendirilmiştir

Since education is an institution needed to preserve learned values, learn about the past and prepare for the future, countries need to plan and manage their education systems to meet these needs. Globalization trend is one of the most important factors affecting the education system. In the globalizing world, education provides to know the information, to learn continuously, to be knowledgeable, to produce the information and to live with the information. In addition, globalization is a factor that obliges societies to come together in the field of education as well as in the economy, benefit from each other's experiences and produce joint projects. Considering the impact of globalization on education, it is seen that education policy, planning, management and economy are affected by this situation. Because with globalization, countries want to make some changes in their cultural and political policies. Since people who can adapt to such changes will grow up in educational institutions, some changes should be made in education systems. The forces and tendencies that make up the changing context of educational administration are making more demands on education and school leadership than ever before in history, placing them with very difficult tasks and responsibilities. Because these tendencies and forces increase student performance expectations and affect the vision of school leadership. The form of society of the future will be shaped according to the type of people that education systems will raise. Societies are making efforts to adapt the education system to the globalization process and to provide an education in accordance with the universal values of the globalizing world.
