Alan Değiştiren Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Alan Değişikliği Sonrası Karşılaştığı Sorunlar ve Bu Öğretmenler Hakkında Yönetici Görüşleri

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı alan değiştiren sınıf öğretmenlerinin alan değişikliği yaptıktan sonra karşılaştığı sorunları tespit etmek ve bu öğretmenler hakkında yöneticilerin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, Tokat ili Turhal ilçesinde alan değiştiren 30 sınıf öğretmeni ve bu öğretmenlerin bulunduğu okullardaki 10 yöneticiden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma desenindedir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ile tasarlanan bu araştırmada içerik analizi yapılmış ve nitel araştırma desenlerinden olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma gurubunu belirlemek için örneklem yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları öğretmenlerin; alan değişikliği yaptıktan sonra alan bilgisi konusunda yetersiz kaldığını, uyum sorunu yaşadığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca okul idarecilerinin ve velilerin bu değişikliğe sıcak bakmadığı elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bu bulgulardan hareketle bazı önerilere yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the problems faced by classroom teachers who change fields after they change their fields and to determine the opinions of the administrators about these teachers. The study group of the research consists of 30 classroom teachers who changed their fields in Turhal district of Tokat province and 10 administrators in the schools where these teachers are present. The research is in the qualitative research design. In this research, which was designed with the qualitative research method, content analysis was made and the phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used. Maximum variation sampling method, one of the sampling methods, was used to determine the study group of the research. The results of the research teachers; After making a field change, he showed that he was insufficient in field knowledge and had adaptation problems. In addition, it has been found that school administrators and parents do not take kindly to this change. Based on these findings obtained in the research, some suggestions are given.
