Bu araştırmada özel eğitim öğretmenleri ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, genel tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın örneklemini Samsun ilinin Atakum ilçesinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı bünyesindeki okullarda görev yapan ve kolayda örnekleme tekniği ile ulaşılan 51 Özel Eğitim öğretmeni ve 95 sınıf öğretmeni olmak üzere toplam 146 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri anket tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Anket formunda Demografik Bilgi Formunun yanı sıra Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri yer almaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde SPSS v26 yazılımı kullanılmıştır. Özel eğitim öğretmenleri ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemek maksadıyla gerçekleştirilen t-testi sonucunda sınıf öğretmenlerinin tükenmişlik seviyelerinin Özel eğitim öğretmenlerden anlamlı olarak daha yüksek olduğu ancak tükenmişlik seviyesinin branşa göre anlamlı farklılaşmadığı belirlenmiştir. |

It was aimed in this study to compare the burnout levels of special education teachers and classroom teachers. The general survey model was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of a total of 146 participants, 51 Special Education teachers and 95 classroom teachers, who work in schools under the Ministry of National Education in the Atakum district of Samsun province and were selected by convenience sampling technique. Research data were collected using questionnaire technique. The questionnaire form includes Demographic Information Form as well as the Maslach Burnout Inventory. SPSS v26 software was used in the analysis of the research data. As a result of the tests conducted to examine whether the burnout levels of special education and classroom teachers differ significantly, it was determined that the burnout levels of classroom teachers were significantly higher than those of special education teachers, but the level of burnout did not differ significantly according to the branch. |
