Abstract
İşletmelerde son zamanlarda git gide artan şiddet olgusu, sağlık personellerinin psikolojik ve fiziksel sağlığını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Kamuda şiddet, kamuda meydana gelen personellerin birbirine veya yöneticilerin personellerine yaptığı fiziksel şiddet olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İşyerinde psikolojik taciz (mobbing) hem özel sektörde,hem de kamu sektöründe yaşanan önemli bir sorundur. Bu çalışmada işyerinde psikolojik taciz, sadece kamu görevlileri bakımından ele alınmaktadır. Kamu görevlileri bakımından psikolojik şiddet, psikolojik şiddetin (mobbing) yapısı ve boyutları, psikolojik şiddete ilişkin hukuki boyut konusunu incelemek amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract
In recent years, the increasing severity of violence in the workplace has a negative effect on the psychological and physical health of health personnel. Violence in the public sector is defined as the physical violence of the personnel in the public to each other or to the personnel of the managers. Mobbing in the workplace is an important problem in the private sector as well as in the public sector. In this study, psychological harassment in the workplace is addressed only in terms of public officials. The aim of this course is to examine the psychological dimensions of psychological violence, the structure and dimensions of mobbing, the legal dimension of psychological violence.
