Abstract
İletişimin en önemli araçlarından tipografi teknolojik gelişmelerle bir araya getirilmesi neticesinde, özünü oluşturan iki eksenli yapıdan sıyrılarak bir devinim kazanmıştır. Kinetik tipografi olarak isimlendirilen bu oluşum, ses ve müzikle birleştirilerek görsel şölen sunmakla birlikte izleyiciye verilen mesajın etkisinin de artmasını sağlamaktadır. Günümüzde ekran tabanlı iletişim biçimleri ağırlıklı bir şekilde kullanılmakta ve internet ağı genişleyerek bilgiye erişim fazlasıyla kolaylaşmaktadır. Bu durum tipografinin yanı sıra kinetik tipografiyi de ön plana çıkaran oldukça önemli bir etkendir. Bu çalışmada kinetik tipografi, yaygın bir şekilde kullanan bir alan olarak değerlendirilebilecek jenerik tasarımları üzerinden incelenecektir. Kinetik tipografinin özellikle bir tasarımcı açısından günümüzde en az tipografi kadar büyük bir öneme sahip olması gerekliliği düşüncesi bu çalışmanın çıkış noktasıdır. Literatür taraması yöntemiyle yerli ve yabancı kaynaklar incelenerek jenerik tasarımları ve kinetik tipografi arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Sonuç olarak, özellikle tasarım manasında yüz yılı aşkın süredir iletişimin ve grafik tasarımın temel taşlarından biri sayılan tipografinin uzay çağı olarak nitelendirilen bu yıllarda kinetik bir yapıya dönüşmesinin büyük öneme sahip olduğu ve bu önemin gelecekte de artarak devam edeceği kanısına varılmıştır.

Abstract
As a result of combining typography, which is one of the most important tools of communication, with technological developments, it has gained a movement by getting rid of the two-axis structure that constitutes its essence. This formation, which is called kinetic typography, provides a visual feast by combining with sound and music, and also increases the effect of the message given to the audience. Today, screen-based communication formats are used predominantly, and the internet network has expanded, making access to information much easier. This is a very important factor that brings kinetic typography to the forefront as well as typography. In this study, kinetic typography will be examined through generic designs, which can be considered as a widely used field. The idea that kinetic typography should have as much importance as typography, especially for a designer, is the starting point of this study. The relationship between generic designs and kinetic typography is discussed by examining domestic and foreign sources with the literature review method. As a result, it has been concluded that typography, which has been considered as one of the cornerstones of communication and graphic design for more than a hundred years, especially in the sense of design, has a great importance in these years, which is characterized as the space age, and this importance will increasingly continue in the future.
