Ataması Yapılmayan Öğretmen Adaylarının Hissettikleri Umutsuzluk ve Tükenmişlik Duygusuna İlişkin Görüşlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Türkiye’de yıllardır süregelen sorunlardan biri olan öğretmen atamaları bireylerde umutsuzluğa, çaresizliğe ve tükenmişliğe neden olmaktadır. Öğretmen adaylarının yaşadığı bu umutsuzluk, çaresizlik ve tükenmişlik duygusu uykusuzluk, depresyon, kalp rahatsızlığı, alerjik reaksiyonlar, kilo kaybı, yalnızlık, endişe, öfke nöbeti, korku ve hatta intihar gibi fiziksel, duygusal ve psikolojik problemlere yol açmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı atama yetersizliği, eğitim fakültelerinin kontenjanının ihtiyaç duyulandan çok daha fazla olması, diğer fakültelere pedagojik formasyon verilmesi gibi sebeplerle ataması yapılmayan öğretmen adaylarının hissettikleri umutsuzluk ve tükenmişlik duygusuna ilişkin görüşlerini tespit etmek ve konuya ilişkin olası çözüm yolları bulmaktır. Nitel bir çalışma olan bu araştırmaya ataması yapılmayan 10 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanarak elde edilmiş ve betimsel analiz yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda katılımcıların umutsuzluk ve tükenmişlik duygusu kavramlarını çaresizlik, beklentiye girmemek, hayattan vazgeçme, endişe ve kaygı olarak ifade ettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar ataması yapılmayan tüm öğretmen adaylarının umutsuzluk ve tükenmişlik duygusunu yaşadıklarını göstermektedir. Bu çalışmalar ışığında, katılımcılara göre kontenjan sayılarının artırılması, ücretli öğretmenlik sisteminin son bulması, fen edebiyat fakültelerine pedagojik formasyon verilmemesi, KPSS’in ücretsiz olması atama sorununa bir nebze de olsa çözüm sağlayacaktır.

Abstract
Appointment of teachers, one of the lasting problems in Turkey for years, causes hopelessness, desperation and burnout in individuals. This sense of hopelessness, helplessness and burnout experienced by teacher candidates leads to physical, emotional and psychological problems such as insomnia, depression, heart disease, allergic reactions, weight loss, loneliness, anxiety, tantrums, fear and even suicide. The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of the teacher candidates who were not appointed due to the inadequacy of appointment, the quota of education faculties being much higher than needed, and the pedagogical formation given to other faculties, about the feelings of hopelessness and burnout and to find possible solutions to the subject. 10 pre-service teachers who were not assigned participated in this qualitative study. The data were obtained by preparing a semi-structured interview form and analyzed by descriptive analysis method. In this context, it was concluded that the participants expressed the concepts of hopelessness and burnout as helplessness, not having expectations, giving up on life, worry and anxiety. Studies show that all teacher candidates who are not assigned experience feelings of hopelessness and burnout. In the light of these studies, increasing the number of quotas according to the participants, the end of the paid teaching system, the absence of pedagogical formation in science and literature faculties, and the fact that KPSS is free will provide some solution to the assignment problem.
